Paul’s Cab Service

My daughter called 2 hours in advance for a simple 2 mile ride. When the time came for the pick up, she called and was told the driver was on his way. After 10 minutes, she called again to be told the driver was in Lewisburg. After being 20 minutes late, she was told he was getting another driver.
Needless to say, after being 30 minutes late, no one showed up.

I had to attend a event in Sunbury, PA and I made the mistake of not driving a car there. I used this car service when I got in town which at first I thought was okay, the dispatcher is a really nice person however this is THE ONLY taxi service in town. For some reason its political and I did not stay long enough to find out eventually I was able to get around with friend’s help and a nice Samaritan. I would not recommend using this taxi service, your better off renting or driving there with a car. I let the person know well in advance I needed a ride to this event and he was more than willing to extend me a driver but they overbooked and I was stuck out. I called about 20 times and tried to leave a voicemail and I paged my number — of course no call back. Well a hard lesson learned nonetheless it was not that bad, my overall experience in Sunbury, PA was good.
