Scott Towers has a bedbug problem that they refuse to address properly. For the 3rd time in 4 years, senior residents have had to bag up/​seal all the contents in their apartments and live by a strict regiment of how clothing must be stored, washed and stored again. The Sunbury Housing Authority (SHA) doesn’t feel the need to contract with an exterminator to perform a maintenance program. Rather, they handle each unit individually and just move the pests from unit to unit.
If you love the person you’re caring for, don’t put them in one of the SHA’s locations.
