I just picked up a «Grasshopper Pie» (The Mint Chip One) there was only on in the store
it cost $ 23.00 and was so darn small I thought it was a Junior size. the whipped cream was skimpy and the ice cream instead of forming a mound near the center like it should was flat.
I basically paid $ 23 for a quart of Ice Cream. No weight requirements I guess and the owner improving his bottom line. I will stay away forever and tell everyone I know to stay away .
This place is a complete rip off

Wish I could give them 0stars. Because they don’t deserve it! This place has gone down hill drastically over the past year. The scoops are super small. The Sundays are all whipped cream, and the writing on their cakes is horrid… I went in tonight for a single scoop. And I had to ask the girl what she was serving me. It looked so small I thought she had served me a kids scoop. It was a single I rather drive down to sun valley

This is a great store and I love going there. Always clean and cool inside. And they carry gift cards. Easy parking lot and clean center. Friendly employees.

They are 7 minutes away from my house so I stop in a lot!!! When I was younger and in shape I would ride up to Baskin Robbins then ride my bike back home, took 2 hours to get ice cream but I definitely burned it off (should probably start doing that again).
They’re always polite and pretty clean so no complaints from me :)

Went here to use a coupon for a buy one get one free I got in an email from the company. I showed a staff member my phone with the coupon on it and he said it needs to be printed. I double checked the email and didn’t see anywhere where it said that so I asked to speak to his manager who was two feet away from him with her back turned. He turned to her and said something I did not hear, then said to me they can’t accept the coupon. I leaned over and told the manager I’d like to speak with her loud enough to hear. She never turned around and talked to me. Her own staff member had to apologize for her. Very unprofessional. I won’t be coming here again.

This location shares a small parking lot with the rest of the nearby stores. One good thing is you can enter in from both Sunland and Foothill.
