They have the best pizza in the area, but they also have really good cheese ravioli! I order it with no melted cheese on top. The marinara sauce is so good. My dad also really like the Chicken Parm sandwich. Try them out find

Best pizza in town. We’ve been coming here since I could remember the whole family loves double deal. Not only is it great pizza and wings but really good prices. And the owners are great people.

Great pizza if you like soft crust, tangy sauce, and lots of toppings. The supreme was excellent, but the bbq chicken pizza we ordered was super weird and we ended up throwing basically the whole thing away… it had some kind of sweet white sauce on it, no bueno.
So steer clear of the bbq chicken pizza and you’ll be all good!

This has always been the best real pizza in town. Their prices are always affordable and their toppings fresh. Chicken, Bacon, Meatballs and possibly the only place to get anchovies. The people are always nice and use real cheese rather than that garbage at some other places. I have much respect for this family and the pizza they make. I might only be back in town for a week or two but I made sure to swing by and have a pie.

Whenever I am craving pizza, my go to place is Double Deal Pizza… and it is always an argument in my head to not get the Chicken Cacciatore instead! Great neighborhood business and you can’t beat the prices

The worker that answers the phone really needs to take some English classes. they have gotten my order wrong multiple times and I asked for buffalo sauce they gave some random sauce I’ve never seen.

I grew up in Sunland for years as a kid and we ordered from here a lot. Then I moved to the valley at 13. I was young — so I totally forgot about Double Deal. I just moved back to Sunland with my new husband almost two years ago. Driving home from work one day I started checking out the signs of the local businesses and saw the tiny, faded sign for Double Deal and thought «oooooohh yeaaaaah.» So, naturally I wanted to try their pizza again! Not long after that I ordered, brought it home, took my first bite, and was instantly in heaven, Last thought was…“THIS is what I remember pizza tasting like!!” It’s not JUST the nostalgia of it all — I Love Double Deal Pizza. I’m so happy they have survived all these years and I can revisit my childhood. Try the Yuppie Veggie. Even a meat lover like me takes great pleasure in it.

Toppings are plentiful.
Crust was mediocre (I can make better, even Trader Joe’s sells a better crust)
The sauce was OK,
Would I go back? No, unfortunately NO. The price is OK, 3 pizzas for 20 bucks, but taste is key, and there was NO taste.

Decided to try a new place and I’m a little disappointed. Their pizzas are OKAY. we ordered 2 pizzas and the garlic and chicken was not good at all. Tasted bland but also had a funky taste to it. The pepperoni was okay but their Marinara sauce was kind funky. The only reason I gave 3 stars was for their wings and because they delivered in about 20 minutes. Unfortunately I won’t be returning :/

Best pizza in town! I live in the area and have been searching for the best local pizza spot and i’m happy to have finally found it here @ double deal! Their thin crust is probably the best i ever had! I will be ordering from them from now on and i recommend you do too

The deals on another reviewers menu are no longer valid. The two/​two medium/​large deal is $ 17 (?) For mediums and $ 20 for larges. Delivery is stated for 30 minutes but they arrived way before that time! Pizza is super fresh and tasty. We got pepperoni/​mushroom and pepperoni/​jalapeños. The jalapeños weren’t jar slices… but fresh slices! Dough wasn’t bad but overall the whole experience was pretty super duper!

If you are wanting a delicious pizza and are lucky enough to live in the Sunland-​Tujunga area, we have some top-​notch local options. Double Deal Pizza is definitely one of them. I have been frequenting them since they were in old location and over the years I have always been happy with the quality and the prices. I’m happy to make the walk over and grab a delicious pizza whenever I need, make sure to buy double for the best deals :)

They deliver so fast (of course I’m right across the street too lazy to pick up lol) the delivery guy knows us already since we order from them all the time. The pizza is good especially the sauce and the cheese. I usually get the special they have for 3 medium 1 topping pizzas for 18.99 can’t beat that amazing deal! The boneless wings are really good especially the sauce that comes with them. The sauce also taste good when you dip the pizza crust with it. You won’t regret giving this pizza place a chance!

SO LIGHT & FRESH! Very generous with the toppings. Great size for the price, too. We were sick of franchise pizza joints and weren’t so quick to try Big Mama’s and Papa’s again after my last experience there… So we decided to try this place out instead. The older Asian gentleman, who I believe is the owner, is the sweetest most attentive guy in person. Jokes with you and greets you with a smile, even during rush hour at 6pm after having made a bunch of delicious pizzas all day.
I have to say, their crust is PERECT! Not too thick nor too thin, and not seasoned or dressed with a bunch of nasty stuff like the typical franchise pizza places. They also load on the toppings, big time. The whole pizza tasted VERY fresh. We have paid $ 17 for a large pizza with 4 toppings delivered to our door, which isn’t so pricey considering they load on the toppings and that price included delivery. The few times we have ordered delivery, the pizza is always been at her house within 30 minutes. Whenever we have ordered carry out, it’s always ready when we get there.
Will DEFINITELY continue to order from here. Highly recommend !

I’ve been having a desire as of late to support the local restaruants in my city and start staying away from the national chains that don’t seem to give two F’s beyond the bottom line. On a whim, I decided to eat at Double Deal Pizza, and I was NOT disappointed.
The Pizza here is amazing. There’s plenty of choices and the garlic bread is awesome. I’m a fan of the double-​dozer myself. They also have ribs and salad.
Pretty swell eatery. It’s a hole-​in-​the-​wall, so it’s take-​out and delivery only. But well worth it… and the heartburn that follows. :D
