I went to order a pizza last week and the pizza guy called me a «sir» and then started laughing when I corrected him. He kept laughing and I wouldn’t recommend anyone go here, especially if they’re LGBT status. He kept laughing at me and my afro american son. Also the LARGE lady on the phone on personal calls was seriously big mouthed and rude. She was on the phone while this was going on and decided to insert her opinion of the partial conversation she might have heard in protecting her Mexican pizza man. I guess every business in the valley can be run by a big mouthed manager with an illegal pet in the back who insults customers.
Definitely LGBT UN-​FRIENDLY and prices under $ 10, well that’s a LIE right there. Papa Johns got the most expensive pizza around!

The pizza is always good services are right the only thing is is that this parking lot is full of meth addicts. It’s fucking nasty I can’t walk out of the 99 or Papa John’s without being harassed in some way

I ordered the two pizzas and one brownie box. One of the pizza and was a medium heart shaped pizza with
was delicious.
The second one was an xl mushrooms with olives. That one was not so good, they put way to much olives. Are brownies tasted uncooked. We only ate one from the whole box.

I’m not sure why this spot has such bad reviews. I ordered 4 medium pizza for pick up, one just cheese, one pepperoni, one pepperoni and mushrooms, and one mushrooms and green peppers. We needed it later in the afternoon, so I told them I was going to pick it up at 2pm, which was 3 hrs after my phone call. I was worried that they were going to mess it up cause of the reviews and cause I have a specific time for pick up. So I got there at 2pm and everything was ready to go! I got the pizzas and everyone killed it, indicating that everyone seemed to have liked it??? Or they were just hungry. No sure but I had a slice and it tasted really good. They seem to put the topping and then put the cheese on top of it all. I think it’s a cool concept.
Service was good… Food was good… And it was ready on time. I give that 5 stars! (Sorry I forgot to take pics…)

Great customer service and fast service too! I’ve been coming to this location for a while and they always serve fresh pizza or cheesesticks. They are never burnt or hard it always made with care and delicious! Definitely recommend this place :)

The guy cleaning the floor started making our pizzas without washing his hands and the cashier as well, total health violation. Also very rude and unmotivated to work did not even want to walk a few steps to grab us some garlic sauce which should’ve been in our pizza box. A Complete joke!

So another update. We got our food after more than an hour. When we got it the food was cold and rubbery. The breadsticks felt like they had left it all out all day and were very stiff. I’m completely done with them.

food is great, prices are fair, and the customer service is wonderful ^^
i ordered a original works, and bbq chicken wings. Everything was really good but the chicken wings were the best in my opinion. and the pizza delivery is always fast, the delivery guys are super friendly and the pizza always feels like it just left the oven.
Overall, highly recommended! Parking structure is a plus as well. Will definitely order again !

It 4 in the afternoon i was driving down the street and a sign said hot and ready pizza for 7 dollars
…I was like yeah I can stretch that for some
better pizza, better inged… Yada Yada right
So I roll up, get down and pop in the store like do you have the hot and ready? The lady said, no sorry in about 8min .
…Meanwhile I’m in my pajamas and flip flops
day off type gear, and not to mention my chihuahua is in the car waiting on me too
I waited and the hot but not ready pizza finally reaches the counter and the lady says 8.51? I give her two fives and she said sorry I have no change and asked the driver for the change. He’s like yeah but it’s in my car and then like carried on with his life
…the cashier said let me go next door and check for change. She came back with a dollar and a quarter. I almost lost it but grinned and said thanks meanwhile thinking in my head never again am I ever coming back to this disfunctional place

By far worst customer service possible. Not only did the order get messed up I was told they would give me a discount and then did not give a discount because «I can’t find the code for the discount I want to give you». And I ordered 7 pizza’s. Of which they only made 3. OMG!!!
Not sure what else to say!!!
Wow. After I get it it is still wrong. I said I need 7 pizza’s. 3 cheese and 4 others. I get 5 pizza’s 1 being a 3cheese pizza. OMG. This is America and I speak English. I am not trying to be mean but I was perfectly clear on my order and it was messed up 3 times.

Just, NO. Never again. Made an online order and was quoted a 30 – 40 minute delivery time. Uh, NOPE. It was well over an hour. To make matters worse, I was super hungry! Lol ugh… NO, Papa John’s.
Update: The pizza came, it was cold and half the cheese was stuck to the top of the box. Absolutely HELL NEVER again.

I always hesitated to order from here after reading all the bad reviews. After wanting to try it for a while I decided to order for the family.
My first time eating Papa John’s. I am satisfied with my overall experience. Food got here quick. Shirley delivered our order. She was so friendly and professional. Other drivers are usually in a rush. Not her.
The food smelled amazing! My pizza was so delicious! It was full of flavor. Way cheaper than other places.
We tried the cookie pizza! Wow! So good!
Definitely will be ordering Papa John’s again. Gained a customer.
Other pizza places should step in up! I’ve order from other places where they take to long, food not so great, super pricy, unprofessional employees or even worst wrong order. Seriously don’t understand why I haven’t tried it earlier.

Apparently they’re open again. Kind of «yay’ because they’re super close to me, and I like pizza. Who doesn’t? :D Some of their deals while ordering online aren’t bad, and their pizza is pretty yummy, in my opinion. Can’t really go wrong. Yes, it’s not authentic Italian-​style pizza, but it’s warm and tasty and usually a good deal. :)
