I’m not sure if the guy I rented from was named Kevin or Klaus, either way he was amazing! Last minute dancefloor custom sized rental. Delivered. Setup. Cleaned. Picked up. Done. Easiest vendor I’ve ever worked with being an event coordinator. Look forward to future rentals!

If no stars were available I would have chosen it. They are very rude. Over the phone one thing is promised and when you get the contract it’s a total different story. This company has an 8 hour window for delivery and pick up. Additional fees are incurred if you choose to have a smaller window of time also there is an additional fee for Sunday deliveries and pick up completely unprofessional and rude! Would never use them again!

Reasonable prices, furniture in good condition, and prompt delivery and setup. We used them at a venue in Calabasas for a high school graduation. We wanted a lounge look. They had beautiful white couches and light-​up tables that provided us a great atmosphere for the party. Klaus did a great job!

Used Tip Top for a corporate party at the Beverly Hills Hilton. The price, service and furniture was amazing. They were on time, professional and the lounge furniture we got was impeccable.
The lighted bar, tables and cubes made the rooftop area look great. Will use them again and again for many more parties to come. Thank you Klaus!

We recently used them for lounge furniture and illuminated tables for an Awesome 80s party. The items we rented were in Tip Top condition and looked like new. In fact we received alot of kudos for the décor that we used.
In the future I would highly recommend Tip Top for your party needs. You won’t go wrong, they are affordable and their product is of high quality.

Horrible! Do not use!!!
Ordered a bar and didnt want to carry it upstairs because he said he thought it wouldnt fit when in fact it probably would fit and didn’t even help us to get the bar replaced with a smaller bar. I had to call around the entire city a few hours before my pary to find another bar because he would not help us find it saying that he didnt have any available. I ended up finally finding a bar from another company as it turns out was also owned by tip top party rentals.
To add insult to injury he said that he is going to charge me for this bar that we never received. I called my credit card company and did a chargeback and he keeps fighting it by providing false documents showing that he delivered this bar.
I would avoid Klaus and his sneaky company at all costs, it may seem to be cheaper than the rest but with their type of business practices I would not depend on them to do any of my parties in the future and would never recommend them to anyone else!

We recently used this company for my daughter’s Sweet 16 Party. They were awesome and the event turned out great. We wanted to have a hot pink carpet instead on a red carpet and they tracked one down for us at a reasonable price. They worked with us to stay in our budget andKlaus at Tip Top Rentals was very helpful and accomodating to payment structure needs. If you are having an evening event, you really want to use their lighted tables in different colors. I really adds class and beauty to the event. I highly recommend this company.

Klaus at Tiptop is a great guy, very accommodating to your needs. I’ve used them twice already for our new years parties and they have pulled through with great rentals at very reasonable prices. While he does seem to constantly be on a tight schedule, NYE events probably had a lot to do with it. Have a good coordinator and get schedules right to make for a smooth rental all the way through. Overall very satisfied, our event looked great because of the rentals and will be definitely using again for future rental needs.

We used them for our Engagement party rentals and received the BEST service. Their prices were the best in town. The delivery and pick was a breeze and they were more than helpful. Great quality rentals. I will definitely use them again!
