HI… The other night I had just returned home from work at 8 pm and I was looking forward to a relaxing evening. When I went to my refrigerator, the entire door fell off in my hands and tumbled clumsily onto the floor, spilling out its entire content!
I was shocked! In all my years as a house-​owner or apartment dweller — this never happened to me before! I quickly called my landlady, which after 30 minutes and no reply, I decided must be busy. And so I set out to find a 24-​hour refrigerator repair service. Wow, was that hard! Thankfully and through an appliance agent, I found E-​Rod. The repairperson was courteous and what luck — a Frigidaire specialist.
He arrived within 30 minutes and remounted both my freezer and refrigerator door in another 30 minutes.
By 9:30, I was in front of my TV with a bowl of popcorn!

Eddie was great! He was a professional, prompt, and totally did a great job. Eddie even went above and beyond by making an extra trip the hardware store for pipe gaskets once he realized ours were eroding (something he was not expecting). The price he quoted was the price we paid… which was the lowest of all four estimates I got from other appliance companies. My wife and I were super pleased with him.

I wanted someone local, saw some good reviews for E-​Rod, and gave them a call. They came out quickly, were very professional, gave me a fair price, explained everything in plain English, and fixed everything to my satisfaction.

I have had repairmen from E-​Rod come twice now to successfully fix our washer, dryer and dishwasher. They were available on short notice, prompt, friendly, and courteous, and clearly explained what the problems are, what the charges are, and what they are doing to fix things. I needed the dryer vent and washer hose replaced and they came to repair it within 24 hours of my call. Eduardo was so great! He gave me some good advice and answered all of my questions. It’s so great to have someone provide a service to a woman without making her feel like I’m a complete idiot (which happens to me with repair guys most of the time).
Eduardo was one of the nicest guys that has ever performed repairs for me and I would highly recommend E-​Rod to anyone looking for a variety of appliance repair services. After he finished the work on my washer and dryer, he told me which appliances they perform repairs for and I asked if he could help with the water filter that I needed installed in the back of my fridge. Done in 20 minutes and I got even more great advice on maintenance. I cannot say enough about the amazing professionalism that I received today!!!

I needed my dryer fixed quickly and they offered to come that day, but I requested the following morning with an early morning window and that’s what they gave me. Tech showed up promptly and was friendly and professional. Within a half an hour I was on my way to work! Great service!
