Not a good experience at all. It is overpriced and it took more than 6mins for a plain croissant and a cup of coffee to go with a few people around. Don’t go there if you are in a rush.

One of the best coffee and cappuccino I have drunk. Rapid quick service, friendly, knowledgable staff, lots of seating,(inside and out) and great selection of food that’s always fresh and well-stocked. A BIG thanks to the lovely manager If I could give this location more than 5 stars I certainly would.

This spot has good food. I wouldn’t say the best but good. Service is good and the price is okay. They have a wide variety of stuff. Tried it a few times for breakfast and lunch and liked it. I would recommend and would go back. They do also have free parking too.

Waited for 30+ minutes for a cappuccino. Got latte, when asked that it is supposed to be cappuccino, got an arrogant annoyed answer to get the money back from the cash. Will never repeat.

I usually do not write bad reviews because I do not like to kill businesses, but this time I will give myself the luxury of doing it since I got the worst customer service. I am jewish so I don’t celebrate xmas, so I came to Aroma Espresso because I live in the area and it is one of the few places open on xmas. I ordered the warm garbanzo salad, 1 diet coke, and 3 chocolate rugalach. I paid in total $ 20. When I got called to get my food, I asked the young man behind the counter for a plastic cup with ice to pour my soda. He told me that I had to pay $ 1 for the plastic cup if I wanted it. I was a little surprised that I had to pay an extra $ 1 for a plastic cup after I paid $ 20 for a whole lunch. I asked the young man why such thing, and his rude reply was«i do not make the rules», which i totally understand but there are way of saying things. As I was walking away to get my purse and pay for the cup, the manager yells to me in front of everyone in a very sarcastic tone: «Merry Xmas»!(funny because I’m jewish). At this point I do not know what bothered me more, the fact that I needed to pay $ 1 for a plastic cup after spending $ 20, or the fact that the employees were absolutely sarcastic and rude. Other customers were also very surprised about the cup thing and the manager’s attitude. They started complaining because the manager’s attitude towards me was not necessary. After paying $ 1 for the cup so I could drink my soda, i was surprised when I noticed they put me with DIRTY silverware in my tray. I had to go back and asked him to change it for clean ones. Fortunately, he did not charge me extra for it but he did give me a hell of an attitude! Seriously? Is this a new business model? How cheap can businesses get? If you are a provider of customer service, why do you have to be rude with customers? Is it to hard to give clean plates and silverware for people who pay and consume in your business? I live in aventura and I will never come back to this place again. PS: i do not know the name of the manager bc they would not give it to me, but he is the very blonde with glasses.

We had our brunch here. We ordered the crossiant sandwich, power juice and chicken salad. Everything came out great! We also like the decorations. The price is great too! Highly recommended!

If this place was in Boca Raton, I could only imagine how busy it would be. After a long night in Wynwood browsing the art, my sister and I found Aroma listed under ‘breakfast’ spots in Unilocal. It was also 2 minutes from my hotel, so away we went. We parked in the parking garage(free!) right next to Aroma and took the elevator down to the restaurant. It was really neat inside! Wide open area, plenty of seating, and due to the weather being nice… the doors were open, letting in a cool breeze. We ordered two ‘entrees’ and coffees, which totaled to about $ 23 and change. (That’s the main reason why I couldn’t give the final 5th star. They were similar to Starbucks’ sandwiches in size, but cost wise, not the same. But hey, it’s North Miami near the beach, so I wasn’t aghast.) The service was wonderful and friendly. I kept telling my sister how this place would totally ROCK in Boca Raton; it’s truly a proper fit for that area. Overall, I’d definitely come back to Aroma if I was in the area. :)

Great food and awesome décor! Unfortunately the location is a bit annoying with being on the corner of such a busy street!

This place would be fine if it wasn’t for the location. But let’s face it, I can’t justify giving more than 3 stars to a place I’ll never go to again — no matter how good the service or the coffee is. First, just the kind of building/development/strip-mall/condo thingy this place is in is enough to make you puke. Basically, it’s everything you’d expect from a tasteless union of Soviet-era design and Sunny Isles wealth. If the leaders of the Soviet Union had the resources of the West, this is what they would have built. And the parking lot is absurd, with dangerous, blind curves and columns that make it more like an obstacle course than a functioning structure. Oh yes, and I think the signposts and instructions are in Russian, because they made absolutely no sense whatsoever. For what it’s worth, the Aroma café itself is pleasant enough. The guy who served us was very friendly, and the coffee was good. But ambiance is part of the experience, and so long as this place is where it is, there’s only so far it can go. Basically, if you want a lesson on why the Soviet Union crumbled, go here. Who knows, you might even meet an oligarch willing to share his story! But otherwise, I’ll take my business and my coffee elsewhere.

Very nice. This is the first cup of drip coffee I’ve had in a café that was not burnt and overroasted or sour and underroasted. I wasn’t expecting much, given how difficult it was to get here(insane parking garage that has truly the worst layout I’ve ever seen, location in a chi chi strip mall chockablock with grooming salons for both humans and dogs, nouveau riche looking cheesy condos, etc). But Aroma was very nice – great coffee, fantastic pastries(I had the chocolate almond croissant), friendly service(the guy at the counter even gave us a free delicious chocolate cookie) and reasonable prices.

A BIG thanks to the lovely manager(I believe his name was Luis) for the delicious almond croissant pastries. Fresh coffee & a yummy dinner made my tummy smile! Plus, we placed a pick-up order… the amazing part is it was ready on time & waiting for us. Yay Aroma, I’ll be back!

Gave me a little taste of Israel! the iced aromas were amazing, and quenched the craving I’ve had for almost two years! The food selection was good, however when I wanted to order a breakfast sandwich I was told I couldn’t use multi grain bread, only white even though the menu said otherwise. Was a little confusing. I got the French toast with fruit and it was pretty good– hard to go wrong with French toast. My husband got the omelet sandwhich, he wasn’t a big fan I suggest it for those who like extra cilantro or arugula in their food. He didn’t :p the staff was friendly and place was clean. Overall, nice place to grab a quick bite.

The good: Great food, great prices, great service, great location. I enjoy their breakfast, and afternoon/late night snacks. The bad. Parking can be tricky, it’s in the garage next door, luckily for me, it’s just walking distance.

Something you need to know about getting to this business. You have to be going east on 826(163rd) in order to access this place. The parking for this business is in the garage(on your right) after the residents and valet parking arch just before A1A. If you pass the garage you will have to turn around and get the business loop to turn around. The parking is free and services the business in this complex. This café is a really spacious place. It’s almost too spacious but they have a decent menu of sandwiches and coffee to choose from. The inside just seems very comfortable and even the seats are very relaxing. You have to order at the counter and then pay and then they will simply place your order on the counter when it’s ready. All I had was a smoked salmon and cream cheese croissant for breakfast while my wife ended up with a fruit cup and latte. Sandwiches are moderately priced, my sandwich was 6.90. It’s not exactly cheap but neither is smoked salmon. They also have a variety of cold drinks as well. The downside of this place is logistically it’s hard to get to. If you’re coming from A1A you have to take 826 and turn around at the business loop. You have to be going east on 826 to access this place because of the one way where 826 meets A1A. Free wifi is also available.

I love this place. It’s beautifully decorated, with an awesome staff & great food. On this visit, I had the California chicken sandwich on multi-grain with a vanilla chai tea latte. It was tasty. The portions are pretty large so if you have a moderate appetite like me, option for a half sandwich, soup or salad. I had to wrap up the sandwich to go since I couldn’t finish it. Also, the restrooms & dining area were spotlessly clean. All in all, it was a good experience. Check out this location or Miami Beach

Came here for the first time & was glad I did! Their coffee is amazing, top-notch quality. Make sure to taste their croissants– they’re so buttery and flaky. Parking is free, they have a garage for the plaza.

Vale a pena conferir!!!
