I wish there was a zero star rating. I love saving money, who doesn’t? And when I saw this deal through a «deal site» that for $ 15 I could send flowers to my mother for Mother’s Day I thought, what a great idea so let’s get it and give them a try. I was hoping the arrangement justified the trouble of their website ease of use. I kept receiving a message asking for a method of payment until I got frustrated and sent them an email. The following day I got two emails– one asked for more details and the other from the same person to notify me the cut off time was the day before(while I was struggling with their site) in order to make it for Mother’s Day. Big disappointment considering I was organized and planned ahead of time. I should mention I am pretty computer savvy and the technical difficulties were not fixable. I decided then to shoot for my Mom’s birthday on May 24th. Sorry, but that day they were out of drivers and unable to deliver either? So my mom would get her«flower arrangement» at some random day and I would explain it was a no reason arrangement… just to say thank you… and Happy Belated Mother’s Day. Additionally, the coupon did not cover for all of the expenses, neither it was explained in the fine print. There was an additional charge for sales taxes. Customer Service was par. I would like to add that I never received the flowers. I called and no one answered, no one returned my call. Certainly not the quality I expected from Tessa’s suggestions. I lost my money, regardless of how cheap it was, and worst part of all, my mother never got her flowers.

I had a coupon from Couptessa, and these peeps did not disappoint! their flowers were amazing and arrived at my Mommy’s house just in time. :) I was happy to see that such a new company was able to meet all my needs. Plus, they were really sweet and had reasonable prices. I am definitely going to use them again!

I had the WORST customer service experience. I bought a deal, that I thought was fantastic! i was so excited to send my mother a BIRTHDAY arrangement AFTER the Mother’s Day influx… figured it would be a gorgeous arrangement and on time. However, when i realized my mother didnt get anything I called to find out what happened and was told their«System Crashed» and that my order was lost and never recorded… I was FURIOUS, and told them this was unacceptable and I wanted it fixed! They gave me ALL these excuses about how they had too many orders, and they couldnt handle it and how they LOST so much money from doing this deal on couptessa that i should ASKCOUPTESSA for a refund because he DIDNTFEELLIKEPLACING my new order. He specifically told me to go get my «WHOPPING $ 15» back… This company has no idea about the power of word of mouth…

Unfortunately, this place was a huge disappointment for me and its recipients. Out of three orders placed the week of Mother’s Day, only one was right. And no, I won’t give them a break because it’s a busy flower-giving holiday… this is where vendors like this should do their best and prepare properly for the influx. So here’s where it went wrong. I ordered two arrangements to be delivered on Mother’s Day and one to be delivered the Monday after Mother’s Day. The Monday delivery arrived Sunday — a problem because the recipient was out of town so the flowers sat outside until the end of the following day — fresh. To top it off, the arrangement had no card, making the wilting flowers all the more special. The person that was suppose to receive on actual Mother’s Day — my MOTHER — did not receive her flowers until the following day. She sent a picture of them — they were just OK — white roses in a nice square vase but what I didn’t like was that the flowers were held together with a foam piece at the bottom of the vase that was ugly and the flowers a little sparse. Would’ve been nicer if some stones covered the foam or if they just stuck more flowers in. While I appreciate the vendor not charging me for the vases and tax to make up for their mix up, I don’t plan on using them again.
