Einstein Bros Bagels

Extremely disorganized. They take forever to fill orders and they still got both our coffee and bagel orders wrong. Only consolation is that they were polite and apologetic and tried to fix their mistakes.

while staying in sunny isles, i prefer not to take breakfast at the hotel, and instead go to have breakfast somewhere else, parking here is easy, it is inside a strip mall on collins av.
The service is really bad none of the people working there seem to want to be there, but if you forget about that the place is great, take away packaging is great and the bagels are really good, also pastries, the orange juice its made from real oranges, and coffee is good also.
I recommend if you are on the run.

The food is okay. There is a huge selection to chose from. The problem is, the employees. 0 personality. I had to ask them to toast my bagel. They are SO rude. They also take food orders faster than they can get them ready which makes the wait longer.

I work in the area and have come for breakfast on many occasions. Trying to give it another chance. After not going there for over a month, I show up and get a chicken sandwich and there it is, soggy with a mushy bagel, again! Every time it’s been very mediocre and spending up to $ 12 for poor service and poor food preparation. Come on!

Slow, understaffed, the few people who do work there have NO clue what’s going, staff is INCREDIBLY rude. Never coming back here, complete waste of my vacation time.

I absolutely love Einstein’s. They ofer quick and easy breakfast options. This location also keeps their employees for years so you can build a relationship with the people making your food.
They remember my name and order and I always get a big smile. Maybe that’s why I keep going back after all these years.

I hate to trash a restaurant but I must warn you, this place has always been slow but it keeps getting worse. I walked in at 11:00 a.m. to pick up a sandwich to go. It was empty. There were five people working behind the counter. I did not get my sandwich until 11:23. Seriously. This was a turkey sandwich. No one apologized. Everyone looked like they were working but nothing was getting done. Absolutely insane. This is my last time going there. I would have been better off going into epicure and having them make me a sandwich!

Where to Begin… UGH. so frustrating as this place is right on A1A has no competition. has great coffee and decent bagels — parking — yet can’t seem to get out of it’s own way when it comes to pace of service, cleanliness of seating area, and understanding that SERVICE makes a place.
Again decent bagels super hot and fresh coffee and a variety of other types of sandwiches, wraps, and everything else under the sun.
Where do they fail?
Understaffed
the wrong person on both the ordering line and the payment line.
Nobody cleaning the sitting area or bathrooms
SLOW all related to #1 on the list.
SERVICE TERRIBLE… Today was the worst though — not only was there almost NO butter spread on the bagel — but the same knife had to have been used that had recently been in the onion and chive smear as unless they now have buttered flavors I was given a mix from the dirty knife used.
Unfortunately now if I drive by and there are more than 3 people in line I turn around… Much better options now days.

We keep going back to this place because even though the line can be long, the bread on those bagels is great. I know others here on Unilocal like the sundried tomato spread, but I prefer plain or veggie.

Love Einstein BUT this place is slow and understaffed … Very nice employees not there fault… hence they don’t even take orders at the «order here» counter and the line is at the door with 4 employees managing the front … I blame this on management … In the words of Kelly Rolland «Lets do this Dirty Laundry»

Their honey & almond reduced fat cream cheese is to die for! It goes perfect with any bagel. The bagels are always fresh and I love that you have the option of being able to purchase the variety of cream cheeses. I love having a simple breakfast, and nothing says simplicity better than a tasty bagel and great fresh coffee. Even though I come here for their bagels, they also have great lunch sandwiches.

Goes beyond the standard chain with a bit of innovation. They have about 15 different kinds of bagels and 10 kinds of cream cheese. They egg sandwiches are very good and the orange freshly squeezed. I really like the Dutch Apple and Asiago cheese bagels and their salmon spread and sun dried tomato cream cheese. Some local places might be better, but with Einstein’s you always know what you are getting.
