Einstein Bros Bagels

This place needs a manager urgently!!! Bagels are great but services are horrible. They constantly run out of coffee and bagels, so no planning at all and not very friendly staff to apologize. It is take it or leave it attitude. Place needs some cleaning as well… location and product are great and it could do much better with a competent management.

Service is garbage here, some short black girl had that stupid look on her face like she doesn’t wanna be there then go look for another job ! Also they talking loud to each other about they personal life’s ! Nobody wants to hear that ! Bad management

Bagels and lox and hummus?! I’m all in today!
With so many options around town, you might think why stop at a chain place? Well Einstein Bros prides itself on being distint and having its own flair I believe. I have been to at least 10 of these shops over the years and I can pick out all the great things about each.
The location in SIB (Sunny Isles Beach) is no exception to having its own flair and allure. The spot, right on Collins Ave and just north of 163^rd st (to us main-​landers) has plenty of parking and seating when, on a Sunday morning, the crowds are vast. Staffed with lots of friendly and helpful faces, the order process moves quick and the selections are plentiful.
This morning I had the «Veg-​Out Hummus» sandwich and it was amazing. I want to go back right now and enjoy some of the delicious hummus. Along with a side of peanut butter (yes, I am nutty) the flavors were wonderful and full. I would be remiss if I did not mention their sections of coffee for us lovers of such. The vanilla hazelnut or the neighborhood blends are my go to, but even their decaf has a fresh and slightly bold taste. Great to get the day going or keep things right.
All in all, I am so glad we found our house not too far from an Einstein Bros. such as this spot and cannot wait to go back.

First time at Einstens yesterday, staff were friendly and service was relatively fast. The building is however old and need renovation. I will ask for take-​out next time. Bagel and coffee tasted good.

So I came here after not eating carbs for a very long time, I was looking forward to having a bagel. As I places my order the lady taking it had such a poor attitude as if she didn’t want to be there then when I came to place my drink order the other lady wasn’t welcoming or cheerful at all. I would say they need to take notes from STARBUCKS STAFF.

Anywhere that carried turkey sausage I am a fan of! they have plenty of different bagels to choose from. The staff is patient, and kind.

Food is good but service us so slow. Takes about 20 – 30 min to get a plain bagel and cream cheese. I experienced this on multiple occasions

great bagels and great toppings. clean and nice appearance inside and outside. staff was friendly and fast. the only reason why I took off a star is because of how loud and noisy it is inside because of the staff yelling the whole time.

Oh, si. El mejor bagel que probé en Miami. Es como un Starbucks pero sin ser pretencioso y mucho más simpático. El café es bueno, la gente que atiende muy amable y el ambiente relajado. ¿Qué más podés pedir para empezar bien el día?
Creo que en cada viaje que haga lo voy a visitar. ¿Les dije de la pastelería? las coolies son una locura. Y si bien no es lo más barato que podés encontrar, tampoco te matan. Para mi, un nuevo imperdible en Miami.

Slowest service ever! Waited 15 minutes for one sandwich and it wasn’t even close to being busy! First time here never going back…

Never again. They took the order for the back half of the line and now I have to wait twice as long. The manager doesn’t know what he is doing. So sad.

Egal ob zum Frühstück oder zum Lunch Einstein ist immer eine gute Adresse wenn es um Bagel geht.
Mir gefällt die Einrichtung, als Designer schaue ich mir naturgemäss das Branding an. Mir gefällt die Art und Weise wie sie Kommunizieren. Die beiden Charakter Elmo und Melvin begleiten dich immer wieder sehr sympathisch.
Oh, ich schweife ab. Es gibt eine riesige Auswahl an verschiedensten Bagel, mit Beeren, mit Zimt, mit Chocochips, mit zwiebeln, mit Oliven und vielem mehr. Also salzig und Süsses. Es gibt auch viele sogenannte «shmears» Aufstriche in Süss und Salzig. Die Bagels werden vor Ort zubereitet so wie es du möchtest. Ob zum Frühstück, oder zum Lunch als Sandwich oder sogar als Catering für grosse Gruppen. Alles geht. Ach ja der Kaffee ist eigenlicht der Beste den es an Filterkaffee zu bieten gibt. die haben verschieden Rüstungen, und wer mich kennt weiss das ich gerne starke Rüstung habe. Ja sie haben starke Rüstung YAY.
Die Bedienung ist freundlich und anständig aber halt amerikanisch, es lohnt sich die Bestellung zu wiederholen ;) Aber dann läuft alles reibungslos. Die Einrichtung ist Offen und freundlich, gemütlich halt typisch amerikanisch. Sie haben das Lokal neu Renoviert seit kurzem, habe ich mir sagen lassen. Seit dem gibt es einen Hochtisch an dem es Steckdosen hat, ja Strom. Auch haben sie ein offenes WLAN. DoppelYAY!
Fazit: Bagel, Kaffee, Strom, WLAN… ich bin im Paradies!
Tipp: Der Kaffee ist Refil, du kannst soviel nachschenken wie du willst. ;)

Typical Einstein’s as far as the menu is concerned. Food was good and not out of the ordinary. However, when it is busy, you usually wait awhile for your order. So the low rating is based on the service wait time. Try to get there outside of the peak times.

After going to Einsteins for many years while visiting south Florida I have to say the quality of food and fast food service has surely depreciated. Firstly before ordering there was no selection of bagels to suffice for a lunch crowd.
After having ordered a nova sandwich on what seemed to be the last normal «non desert» type of bagel in the house, the 7 $ sandwich had maybe 3 slices of salmon. This is not the Einsteins I used to enjoy.

Service beyond slow. Employees need training in EVERYTHING. I only go if I have no other choice.

Being one of the moderately decent breakfast choices on Collins is their biggest perk. Downfall: the OJ was hot. The people aren’t too friendly AT ALL. I feel like I was being stared down at by the staff for not knowing exactly what I was going to eat three seconds into the line. I ordered to go and the cream cheese was so sloppily thrown on the bagel, it’s like c’mon man have some respect for my bagel meng! The egg tastes fake which I am pretty sure it is. Bacon was chewy and splatted hot oil on me while I was trying to scarf it down. The orange juice was HOT, when I asked for a cup to put ice in, they wanted to give me a tiny cup measuring no larger than my index finger for my large OJ. Makes no sense! I obviously asked for the bigger cup with lid & was still given a smaller cup but at least it had a lid. This place needs a major adjustment.

Worst Einstein ever. The place is routinely FILTHY, tables are rarely cleaned, staff are wearing dirty shirts and act unprofessionally… singing pop songs out loud while ringing up my order?

I’m really having a wonderful morning that day because my mother called and told me a big good news. So my mood is perfect for new places like Einstein Bros Bagels. I took my quick breakfast here to test their service. I thought everything was perfect because I’m done ordering for the food and had my table. When that rude manager came over and started shouted on his staff, that was very rude of him.
I just finish the food and get out of that place, I feel really sorry for the staff who gets embarassed in front of their customers. That man has no work ethics, ha, better avoid that man then.

This is by far The WORST EINSTEINS in all of South Florida!!! They are super slow, can’t get an order ever right and the manager just looks at you when you question whats wrong with this place!!! I was a daily customer until about a year ago and I decided to give them another shot and boy was I wrong they are worse than ever!!!
Do yourself a favor Einsteins and fire the whole staff and hire people that believe in customer service!

DIRTY! Well today the person taking my money had a comb in his back pocket and it was filled with hair. I think that basically sums up everything about this place. The woman’s bathroom is filthy and the vent in the ceiling is covered in dust. The toaster oven has fire literally poring out of it, that explains the smell. I could go on but I think that’s enough to chew on for now.

Why does this place offer such bad service? It has the potential to be awesome. Inexpensive, good food. But… It’s dirty, the service is poor and not just my, but everyone else’s, orders came out wrong. It really does not have to be like this…

I feel like this is one of the only quick stop breakfast options in the nearby area and it’s not a great one. The store itself was messy and kind of dirty, the staff was mostly inefficient, seemingly annoyed to be working and not very friendly.
The bagels themselves are OK enough but they don’t have salt bagels (unless you order a pretzel bagel) which is just odd and the breakfast sandwiches were OK but nothing I’d ever crave. You may want to walk down to El Tropico or Denny’s if you’re looking for something satisfying.
