Dr. Lucacel is a great doctor but the wait time is very long. Like two hours! It doesn’t seem to matter if the waiting room is full or not. Prepare for 2 full hours from the time you arrive till when you leave for a well child check up with an appointment or if you just walk in because your child is sick. If she could solve this issue it would be amazing! It’s just too long to wait with a young child.

I wanted to like her as her demeanor is calm & she’s soft spoken but she’s consistently late. Like more than 45 minutes late. I’ve seen her casually park her car in front of the practice at 10:20 while people are waiting inside having 10 am appointments. This has happened not only to me but friends as well. And I’ve seen it while playing at the park in the morning too. Afternoon appointments are no better. Expecting an active toddler to wait an hour (with an appt. time) was too much for me. Good luck if you’re working around a nap schedule. Plus, the women who run the office are often rude, but not overtly. It’s that snide, passive aggressive bitchiness that personally drives me bonkers. Rolling eyes, etc. And if your child is in daycare or camp, or school, be prepared to pay an extra $ 10 for every vaccination form you get printed up for the school. $ 10 for every vaccination form seems a bit much. Cash cow.
