Promoting to 5 stars, this is a fantastic truck. I’ve eaten a good portion of the menu, everything I’ve tried is great. The name of the cherry drink is Sharbat, by the way. My only complaint is that I never see them at my work anymore :(

This food truck came to Stanford today, so I tried it. I had Beef slider with 50⁄50 fries, and rice balls. Wow. Everything was very tasty! I really liked Beef sliders. Also I recently likes sweet potato fries, so 50⁄50(normal:sweet fries=1:1) was great. The waiting time was a bit long and their paying system(using phone) is inefficient, but worth waiting.

This is my first time seeing this truck in Palo Alto. It was hard not to go to the MoGo truck but the line here told me something was going on with these guys. I had the angus sliders that were very good with lots of flavor. The buns were delish! It comes with 50⁄50 fries that have a batter on them and they were cooked to crunchy perfection. Omg those fries were good. What stole the show was the saffron balls. Real crunchy on the outside with saffron rice, cheese, and sauce inside. One of the better things I’ve ever eaten off a food truck. That’s saying a lot as I eat off them every Tuesday and Thursday. You must try these guys out.

Based on other reviews I had read, I ordered the grilled chicken salad today. I was very pleasantly surprised when I opened the container. The presentation was beautiful — a generous portion of moist, grilled chicken on a bed of fresh, crisp romaine lettuce topped with grapes, blueberries, mandarins, and pomegranates, mango(I think) and candied nuts. The dressing is served on the side and is delicious– very light and full of flavor. I also ordered the saffron rice balls, which come as an order of three — definitely enough to share. The balls are crispy and delicious and the sauce on top adds a nice kick. They are fried, so not a «healthy» option if that is what you’re looking for. But a definitely worth a taste. Friendly service. Not«fast food» — allow some extra time(as compared to other trucks) for them to prepare your food. It will be worth a slight wait. I will definitely visit again.

Food is really good, but they are a little bit slow.

No one has reviewed them yet? I find this hard to believe. Reviewing hard or hardly reviewing? Anyway, they were at eBay today, and the people workin’ it were workin’ it. I had the saffron rice balls. I didn’t realize they would be fried, but they were fine. If I were really concerned about that stuff, though, I’d have been upset. They were fine and came with some orange/white sauce that everyone knows. I just can’t think of the name of it right now, and somehow, all websites including Google are down. All of them. Except for Unilocal.Yep. Other food looked nice. I cannot eat so much at the lunch time because then I sleeps during the afternoon meetings. They need to make a burrito, but I always say that about food trucks that don’t offer carryable food.
