I was at the Strawberry Park shopping center in San Jose at Moorpark & Saratoga on 9÷26÷14, walking across the parking lot. The driveways into the center are made of one material & then the parking lot itself is asphalt. Well there is a sink hole by the Tutti Frutti shop right at the edge where the driveway material & the asphalt are suppose to meet. I didn’t see the sink hole because I wasn’t watching my feet as I walked & I stepped into it & fell. I skinned both my knee’s twisted an ankle that swelled up, a light sprain in my wrist, & tweeked my neck. I sent an email to the property management group, sent them pictures. I receieved NO response, so now I am thinking what should my next step be.

I ‘ve contacted this guy NUMEROUS times and NO response, his ads are all over CL but he neglects to contact the people who are interested in his properties.
When he finally responds, I pitch him my business intentions
he quickly replies «No Thank You» and hangs up on me

Looking to relocate my business & I sent a email to this business. They would reply with 1 – 3 word emails and dont seem to spend ANY time explaining or having good customer service. Taking my business somewhere else and not recommending them to my circle of business owner friends

This company has a terrible staff, if you are looking for office space you will wasting your time and money dealing with this property manager. The leasing agent I dealt with had a bad attitude and didn’t seem to know what she was talking about. My experience dealing with Biagini was so negative and stressful that I recommend not doing business with them. Just want to share with all of you.
