Brought in my cellphone with a broken screen (they did fix it), got my cellphone back with a broken camera/​video. I was asked to do a «Factory Reset» which I did several times and NEVER worked.
And they lost the my cellphone’s silicone protective accessory!!! Spoke with the guy who fixed my phone and he was so freakin’ defensive «We don’t have any use for it» DUDE, I was just asking if maybe… MAYBE you’ve misplaced it and if I could have it back. I’m not saying you stole it and planned on selling it in the black market… Geeez!
They did fix my phone screen (minus the the video/​camera feature) but I cannot recommend ClickAway.
