I went by ePhone to get my iPad 2 repaired and was quoted a price with completion by the next day. The following day I received a call from Ali the owner stating that my iPad was damaged beyond repair which I expected. The most comforting part Ali offered an alternative IPad which ended costing me about $ 60 over the repair cost. He knew it was my 9 years old’s favorite electronic gadget. Thank you Ali.

My iphone’s touch screen occasionally didn’t respond so I brought to this store. The assistant called me the same day saying it’s fixed and charged me $ 70 for it. However, the same issue showed again soon. The same assistant spent 10 seconds checking the phone again and told me it’s something else broken so they are not responsible for it. This is ridiculous …

I walked in expecting to wait in a boring line to get my cracked iphone screen fixed and I was pleasantly surprised to see there was neither a line nor was the wait time boring.
I had a very lively conversation with the technician and she quickly and efficiently fixed my phone which is now up and running.

Tempered Glass — a must! I dropped my phone multiple times, I went in due to some cracks, after removing the tempered glass, the actual phone glass beneath was in perfect condition thanks to the protection of the tempered glass — I highly recommend

It’d be nice if these guys operated by the hours that they list. Went twice, during operating hours, and they were not there.

I was really happy with Cathy the assistant as she was excellent. She was extreamly knowledgeable about how to fix and upgrade my phone. Within 2 hours my phone was transferred from a broken unreadable phone to an upgraded LED display, replaced screen and a new tempered glass cover.
Wonderful service and quality.

Came in to repair my sons iPhone 6 cracked screen, I mentioned I needed to be somewhere by a certain time and they finished it in 20 minutes and they where very polite from beginning to end, I’ll definitely visit again.

So I am solely giving this place a review based on their poor inventory management. I stopped by this shop today (Friday) to get my iPhone 5S screen replaced. I was informed they are all out of that screen and won’t get any in until Tuesday. Like for real? I mean aren’t these places kind of built around being convenient? And I know I’m late on upgrading to an iPhone 6 but still, it’s not like my phone is ancient yet. So lesson learned, make sure you call in advance to check if they have your screen in stock!

I gave phone for repairing a water damage but still in working condition.
I went to pick up after I got a call.
I lost a small ticket they gave to keep.
I was told it was not assembled and to come back later. I was not given another replacement ticket.
Unfortunately I couldn’t return to collect before 2 months.
When I went I was told that there is a policy of dumping the HW if it is not collected within a month and showed me another bigger ticket.
My name and phone no was taken down and told will be called if they find the phone. Else, forget about it !!!

Amazing service! I brought my ipad 2 with a broken screen. Kathy was very friendly and personable. She clearly knew what she was doing, gave me a very in depth explanation of the ipad and what she was going to do (and even indicated what the last person who fixed it did wrong). The crazy thing is when they fixed my screen, the ipad was still defective. Instead of telling me that the issue was not their fault (which it wasnt), the other rep, they spent many days trying to fix it and the other rep, Masoud, guaranteed it would be no charge. When they couldnt fix it, they ended up giving me a partial refund for a problem since the ipad didnt completely work, evne though it wasnt their fault! That’s above 5 star. I strongly recommend this place for their expertise and integrity.

Dropped my computer and the back shattered. Called around different shops and this place was the most patient, knowledge and offered a great price. They were upfront about the pricing and what the possible outcomes could be. They called to confirm the issue and the pricing. Just out of curiosity I called a couple other shops and there quote was below what others quoted.
Most importantly the repair was done quickly and now my computer turns on again. Kudos to Kathy for the great work. Hope never to see them again though because it means I dropped my laptop or phone again. :)

Highly recommend you Avoid their screens.
I used my iphone 5s for 18 months before the screen broke due to a very heavy item falling on it, the original apple glass is pretty resilient. Ephone salesperson talked me into paying $ 125 to replace the screen, I only agreed to pay a premium because they swore that they use the OEM screens from Apple (which is a blatant lie), and not a cheap knockoff.
By mid Jan ephone’s $ 125 «oem» screen completely cracked down the middle, while in my pocket, ridiculous.
Went back to replace their cheap quality screen I overpaid for, they still charged another $ 50 to replace it a second time, still claiming its OEM, still a lie. By mid Feb, the screen is broken again from falling off an 18″ coffee table onto a thin rug.
Summary, I’ve spent $ 175 at ephone over 3 months, still have a broken screen.

My iPhone 5 screen was shattered and I went in today to get it fixed. They replaced it in about 10 minutes. The service was quick and both of the workers were friendly.
The only thing was that i didn’t know they prefer cash only, and I didn’t have any on me. I had to use my credit card which is taxed higher.

Service was great. Fast and nice. Took care of my iPhone 5 quickly, without any issue.
iPhone is working great.
They changed the glass as well as the LCD.
they are knowledgable and able to take care of other issues as well.
Will return.

Very great experience. I came in with a broken iphone 5s, and was out within 15 minutes. They are very friendly and I would definitely recommend this place to anyone. It is great to know that there are still people who truly care about their customers.

Got my iPad 2 Glass fixed here and it cracked in less than 7 days without dropping and just by using the iPad. Decided not to take it here the 2^nd time and instead went to iFixer in Cupertino. They looked at the iPad and said «Did you open this iPad earlier?». I said «Yes, but it was opened by E Phone». They said they do not know this repair shop but they can tell from outside that the glass they used is very cheap quality Thin Glass that you can buy on ebay for less than $ 10. Another thing they said is the Glass is not flush to frame and is raising from the frame as they have used poor adhesive.
I am waiting to get my iPad back from iFixer and will write a review for them after I get my iPad fixed by them.

Their iPhone quality may be fine but I can say their iPad quality is very bad.

Brought my iPhone 5S 3 months ago for a broken screen. Cost me about $ 150 to have it fixed. After I brought it home I had some problems with the headset speaker distorting, could have been from dropping the phone but wasn’t noticed. I brought it back and the girl opened the phone back up and we finally got the speaker working. No charge.
Then I had another problem with the screen, I forget exactly what now. Brought it back again and she ended up giving me a whole new screen. No charge.
A little while later I tried making a phone call and realized the sensor which keeps you from pressing buttons with your face while on a call wasn’t working, and I kept hanging up on people. Unfortunately I couldn’t bring the phone back right away since I was leaving to Europe for almost 3 weeks. Then I noticed the glue on this new screen was starting to separate. So I brought it back in again once I returned home, now about 3 months from the initial repair.
The man that works there (who wasn’t in before) said it was out of their 60 day warranty but he would sell me a new screen for cost. And he said this new screen was from a different supplier and should be a lot better. I ended up also having to replace the sensor and the speaker to solve all my problems. In the end he did all this at cost which I appreciated. It was annoying to have paid $ 150 only to have to redo the work 3 months later. But I realize they couldn’t send the part back to the manufacturer at this point since 60 days had passed.
Another $ 100 and my phone is as good as new. I tipped them $ 20 for the labor. So yes, it cost me $ 270 in 3 months to have my screen replaced twice but I can’t put all that blame on them, they didn’t come out far ahead through this whole thing and made sure I left as happy as I could. I appreciate their concern for their customers satisfaction. I’ll be back if I need my phone fixed in the future and will tell my friends and family about it. I’ll also just make sure to come back within the 60 days if I have any problems.

Service here is FAST! And very attentive. I came on a Saturday and the door was locked, but the worker opened it for me. I didn’t have cash and needed to run to the ATM down the street, when I got back my screen replacement was already completed. I wasn’t even out for that long. The price could be a bit lower, but I don’t know what the cost usually is (Asian places do it for 50 $). Anyways, great place and great service and even quick!
She quoted 5 minutes to get it fixed. Can’t complain.
