Their price and service are good but if you are to visit them on weekday, make sure you call ahead to check if they are open or not. Twice I went there on weekday around 11 and lunch time, they were not opened and I called all the numbers on their card but no one ever picked up and you can’t leave voicemail. :(

Shady business BEWARE So my T-mobile contract is up and wanted to get a new phone They advertised a 300 dollar rebate with 2 new phones with 2 lines. Our neighbor signed the contract through them(At&t), got the new phones and a 300 dollar check from them. Sounded really good so i went there too. I went to EasyFinders in Sunnyvale, picked two phones and signed the contract. HEREISTHECATCH At&t sent me two brand new BlackBerry Torch, I had to go back to the store and exchanged for the phones I picked earlier, which are much cheaper. That’s why EasyFinders offers the 300 dollars back deal. BUT here is ANOTHERCATCH, they were not gonna give me a check, but instead subtract $ 12.5 a month off my phone bill for 24 months. They never said anything about that and I was a bit upset once I found out. Now its been a week since I did business with them, I got my new phone, but its still on a temporary number, they still have not transfer my original phone number to the new carrier. BTW the phones are from either China or Hong Kong(cost less then buying here I suspect), the charger that comes with them requires adapter to work in the US, but the store provides the adapter at least. I highly suspect that they unlock and sell the blackberry torch I exchanged. The blackberry torch retails for around 500 on amazon, as for the phone I got it was about 250. They also said that I have to bring in the first statement from the At&t, because At&t would charge me a lot of extra fees like activation. They said they will waive the fees but would take up to 2 to 3 statements(months) They do anything to make it seem a really good deal and try to get you to sign a new contract. One other thing i want to mention, there is only ONE Chinese-American Dealer authorized by At&t, and EASYFINDERS is not the one. Thats why their advertisements never mention At&t in their ads In the end I may have saved a little money, but its DEFINITENOTWORTH the inconvenience

5 star this baby again. I came here today, 2 years later… and there were 2 employees there. Kevin was just the same as two years ago, patient, kind, great customer service, and answered a barrage of questions with great intent. They had no internet service but Kevin still made several phone calls, told us the phone models so we could check on our phones, and was very accommodating.

I’ve getting my phones with them for more than 7 years. They have the best price. Try to go to their office when not busy. They don’t always pickup the phone. I would call other offices and found out the sales and work with the Sunnyvale office since they are closer.

I have always had excellent service from this place, so I can’t believe the negative reviews that I am reading about the place. I have had repeated great service and attention from the folks here. And for that reason, I have returned here, when my contract with them has ended. I think that the reason for the nasty reviews has to do with the fact that they are so busy all the time, especially on the weekends as the agents there do not get a break with folks always coming in by the masses. I’m not kidding. It takes literally an average of 15 minutes for one of them to be done with a client and for your turn. I have no problems with that. Haven’t had it on the many occasions that I have been there in the past several years. Excellent service, especially if you speak in either Cantonese or Mandarin. Luckily, I do. So I especially get great service.
