M Acevedo Carpet Cleaning

I found mnanny through Craiglist i called him he was very detaield in explain the charges and yes he definetly did a graet job in cleaning the carpets even the high traffic areas and thats why i reffred him to 3 of my friends.

Manny cleaned the carpets in our rental property (located in a high rise building) back in August 2013. He was very personable and I would highly recommend him! His prices are great and he did a very through job. It was very difficult to find someone who had the appropriate equipment to clean floors in a high rise building and I was very thankful to Unilocal for helping me find him :)

Manny came all the way to Fremont today and did a same-​day service for a great price!
Most of all what I liked was how clean the carpets are now as I’m writing this. But I also appreciated that he was professional and courteous. He took the time and explained each step he would do, and he told me beforehand what to expect when he was done.
Now, I have clean fresh carpets again! With 3 kids, a cat, and 2 hamsters, I didn’t know if they could be cleaned, but he did it! Even the high traffic areas look, smell, and feel great!

My landlord said that the carpets were professionally cleaned before we moved in, however, there were still dark dirt stains on the carpet and a lot of dust along the walls. Manuel was very courteous, down-​to-​earth, and thorough. He came by before the cleaning date to inspect my carpet and let me know what I could expect from the cleaning. The estimate for our home was $ 185 but with the $ 95 for $ 125 deal on Unilocal I paid $ 95 to Unilocal + $ 60 difference to Manuel. Manuel spent a lot of time to make sure the carpet came out as clean as possible. He vacuumed beforehand and cleaned the dust off along the walls. He cleaned the carpet using several different techniques/​tools and went over some areas as much as 6 times. He hand-​scrubbed each stair as well. The carpet came out even cleaner than he predicted! I would highly recommend him.

Always an excellent job! I used this every time (before I moved) and I was never disappointed.
