The cashier was really unfriendly, can’t hear clearly and got my order wrong. Gave me the stare all the time.

Wow! Most non-existent service ever! I go in at about 3:15 with the intention of buying a coffee. There are about a dozen customers standing around, about six of them in line and the rest, it turns out, waiting for their orders. There are at least 3 employees visible, but I didn’t see more than one inside customer receive his order or get his order taken. There’s a steady stream of cars outside, so maybe they’re getting all the attention. While we’re waiting, these two men come in and one of them — a big and imposing looking guy in a business suit — walks right to the counter. The rest of us look at each other but don’t object. But the staff are equal opportunities ignorers and ignore him, too. After a couple of minutes his buddy tells him it’s not worth waiting, and why don’t they just go get a burger at Wendy’s. Turns out he had a legitimate beef(ha ha). He was holding his receipt — they had left the burger out of his order. The two of them take off without anyone on the staff having paid attention to them. At this point all the folks in line or waiting for food start bonding over how long they’ve been standing there. I say to one waiting woman, «You’re just waiting for your order?» And she says, «Yeah, and I just ordered coffee.» About 10 minutes and NO service or even acknowledgment to anyone by the staff. So I wish them all good luck and leave. Manager or owner of this franchise, you really need to clean up your act.

This place is really slow. One of those McDonald’s that are just unfortunately sub par. The drive through took over 10 minutes to serve 3 cars. However, Chicken nuggets were good.

If I can give them 0 stars I would. My Big Mac was stale and so were my fries. Worst Micky Ds ever . man they take forever!!! For fast food their service is soooooo slow. 20 min in line(couldn’t just leave or I would hit a tree) waited 10 more min for our food. Started eating and the fries and burger was COLD.

Dont. Go. Here. I live very close by so I’ve come by plenty of times to know their service is crap. There’s always homeless people coming by. There were many instances where our order was wrong, the food would be over cooked or too salty. The customer service is appalling. They’re extremely rude. I came here in the evening and the lady in the drive through kept yelling, «what else!!!» Is that all!!!“ If you want the true fast food experience without the crappy propaganda of everything great, this is the place to go.

I usually never write bad reviews unless it’s unbearable or consistently sucks. This is one of those reviews that applies to both. Nonexistent customer service, the food is never fresh. The tall guy that is the«manager» is a complete idiot. I know I shouldn’t have high standards at a McDonald’s but when you order a coffee for the caffeine like every normal person who drinks MCDONALDSCOFFEE and you watch the«manager» fill your cup half way with regular and then doesn’t wait for the next batch to brew and fills the rest up with decaf. There has been instances where I order take out from the window and they’ve told me to wait 5 minutes in the designated waiting Togo area. I stayed out there for 20 minutes so I went in and asked where my food was and non of the workers knew what was going on. So they had forgotten about me. And wasted 15 minutes of my break. Honestly this establishment is a joke and no wonder why McDonald’s is closing stores left and right. I hope this one gets management or something because I am so tired of this low quality service/product. You guys need a wake up call.

Seriously, this is the worst McD in the bay area. Slowest service in this franchise. The last time I was here on a Sunday afternoon, there were constant loud beeping every few minutes coming from the kitchen. The beeping went on and on, as if all the employees were deaf. Terrible experience.

So today was the day. The last straw sort to speak. I went into this fine establishment to get my big breakfast with pan cakes(the BEST). I went to get a refill on my coffee & I was given beyond a hard time. The 80 year old behind the counter that chooses to was trays instead of taking my order I can hand. The girl that raises Cain over me having a service animal with its vest on I can deal with(it’s a challenge, but I understand). The filthy restrooms that never get cleaned, hey I can go across the street… But the manager being rude & and yelling at me over a cup of coffee forget it. I was asked today«is there a Mc Donald’s you do like?» … And YES I love the place & the few out there I did like I gave 4 – 5 stars. It’s just the ones that are bad are just rotten.

Went in yesterday with my grandma and the person working in the drive thru was such an asshole! A guy with longish black hair, very thin, and with a heavy accent. He was constantly messing up but my grandma kept apologizing and he told her to order better and to next tell him the full order! He was such a dick!!! We told him the order twice and he still messed up. He also gave us hella food that wasn’t ours! We didn’t even notice until we got home. Hate going to this McDonald’s because the customer service is shit and their employees barely speak proper English!

Went inside for some water and a cheeseburger on my way to CVS. Everything looked clean inside and new. Staff was friendly however the service was a little slow. Burger was well out together not messy which is important for some people.

My friend and I were very hungry and the falafel place we wanted to go was close, so this was closer option. One of the smallest Macdos I have ever been. Everything looks very rundown, like the chairs faux leather is all peeled off. Maybe was not too old but for sure was low quality. That alone makes a bad experience here. Then my big mac meal was not well assembled and even if I asked to have another tray as they put the meal of my friend and mine together and was too much for a tray, my petition was refused. I didn’t insist but again, no good impression. Shady folks too.

I went through the drive-thru last night to pick up some food for my son. I ordered a 20 piece chicken nugget meal. Let me first say the lady taking the orders and at the register when you pulled up to the window was great. Very personable and efficient.(5 stars for her customer service) There was a little confusion as to the dip[ping sauces so when we got up to the window I verbally told her the change. She relayed the information to her manager Mark. He was obviously irritated by this slight change because the way he rolled his eyes made it seem like some huge inconvenience. It was ridiculous that as a manager he has extremely poor customer service. They should make the lady at the window the manager or at least have her train him on customer service. Mark, just a recommendation: In the future if you are irritated by being asked to do your job then maybe you should express this where the customers can’t see it.

McDonalds is a childhood favorite of mine that I’ve learned to appreciate in moderate portions at a time. Happy meal toys, Monopoly, Chicken nuggets, and breakfast hashbrowns hold a special place in my heart. This specific meal was breakfast, the most important meal of the day! My parents and 2 brothers and I came to enjoy a $ 17 meal which consists of 2 coffees, 2 OJs, 2 chocolate milks, 4 hashbrowns, 4 sausage McMuffin, and a Sausage biscuit. Its not your most glamourous meal but a sausage biscuit, the glorious McDonald hashbrown, and orange juice was a filling breakfast for me. The food itself is fine and no different than any mcdonalds down the street but the staff don’t seem approachable and appear to hate their job. I asked for a coffee cup cover for my parents on our way out and it took a while for them to understand what I was asking for. When they understood, they seemed annoyed at the small simple request and were a bit sluggish in their actions.

We stopped in to pickup some happy meals for the new Despicable Me 2 toys. The service was pretty average. It was nothing extraordinary but we got our food ok. I was used to other McDonald’s where you could refill your own drinks, but the soda fountain was behind the counter. It was ok because I just asked them for a refill. I asked the cashier if they had and of the under 3 toys and they didn’t know what I was talking about. They had me wait for a little bit and called over a manager. She just said they didn’t have any and it wasn’t a big deal.
