Not the best and not the worst. Would have been nice to know on a takeout order they serve their sandwiches dry.

Just have to say, flawless execution with the new mobile app ordering. It took me longer to get a parking space (1:15pm lunch craziness) than to get the food! I ordered on the way, tapped I’m here when I was looking for parking, and when I walked to the pick up counter it was like they knew who I was without me saying anything. The woman handed me my food while quickly repeating my order. Then as I was about to grab a straw, she said «let me get you a straw». It was like they were one step ahead of my every move. AND a free sandwich for trying the mobile app? Easy 5-​star day. Thanks!
The drive thru line was long, the counter line was long, mobile ordering was the way to go. My one wish was to have Apple Pay integrated in the app.

This chick filet is great! Great customer service and the food was tasty. The dining room was clean and attended too. I like the fact they bring you your food, refill your drinks and you actually get what you are paying for. I would have given 5 stars but the physical location of this place makes it difficult to exit onto El Camino Real, especially during heavy traffic. That won’t deter me from visiting again. The overall experience was well worth it.

This location Chick-​fill-​A was okay until yesterday evening. No customer service whatsoever!!!
I went on the drive-​thru around 7:15 pm & ordered 2 sandwiches, 1 large waffle fries & large chicken noodle soup. When I was about to pay at the window, the cashier said the order, and it was not the correct order. I told her what I ordered earlier, and she asked if I ordered in the drive-​thru, to which I said yes. (Why would I go forward otherwise, there was only one lane of drive-​thru, duh…) l.
She could not find the order, but proceeded to take the order from me. I repeated it again 3 more times, before she got it. When I asked her what happened to my order before, she didn’t have any idea, but she said that they just had a shift change, so that might have been it. When I asked if they would comp me for their mistake, another person called Vasti said that they did not mess up the order, so they did not have to comp me. Except that they did… They lost it…
I paid, got the order, and went home. When I got home, my kids said that there was only 1 sandwich, but 2 orders of fries, and the large soup. So I decided to call, Dave Smith, the manager, answered the phone, and told me that the cashier tried to flag me & made an eye contact with me, and said that I just ignored & left. Now, what would I do that if I saw that they were trying to flag me? Would it benefit me if I ignored them & drove away to find out that the order was wrong? I would waste my time since I would have driven back to get the other sandwich that I ordered. The other thing that made me upset was Dave asked me what I want to do about it. I told him that I would like to come back to get the other sandwich, to that Dave answered «we could do that». That was it!!! I told him that I paid for that, and I am entitled to it!!! I drove back with all the items I got from them.
When I got there, I explained that it would not benefit me if they flagged me but I just ignored them, since it would be wasting my time to go back & forth. He then said that actually none of the cashiers made an eye contact with me. At the end, I told him that I just want a refund. I got tired of having to defend myself, eventhough none of it was my fault. Mind you, all this time, he did not say sorry, nor seem apologetic.
They used to have really good customer service, even in the drive-​thru. Not anymore… Maybe they think that their place is very popular & many people still go & eat there.

Love this place! I wish we had one closer to home. Food is great and service here is friendly and super fast.

At 4:30 pm, I realized I hadn’t eaten breakfast nor lunch. Luckily, Chick-​Fil-​A was close enough (kind of).
My 3^rd time eating at Chick-​Fil-​A, and it did not disappoint. At all. Good stuff!

Finally tried this fast food chain after much rave about it. I ordered the 10 piece chicken nuggets which came with waffles fries. Love the chicken nuggets which were so tender and juicy. But they were alittle too small for my liking: x my friend also ordered the spicy chicken burger which was supposedly super awesome. I would definitely go back and try the burgers the next time.

I’ve come to to this place more than a few times. Love it.
Always get the spicy chicken sandwich. What I love about chick fila are the sauces, gotta have a sauce party of at least a few! I’ve also had their shakes which are one of my favs. Love when they have seasonal ones like peppermint
The only thing is it gets pretty busy. Drive through lines can take awhile but if you don’t mind waiting it’s more convenient than going into the packed place.
None of them open Sundays btw so don’t bother going then

Service was great and lots of parking. It was busy around the time we went (12:30pm) but we didn’t have to wait long for our food. As usual, food tastes great. Recommend the cookies and cream shake to go with those waffle fries! The chicken noodle soup is great on a chilly day as well. We will be back soon ;)

Chick-​fil-​A has gained quite a cult following and I can see why. The service is efficient, the food is great, and there is something for everyone on the menu. There are healthier and not so healthy items, and all of it tastes great. I guess it depends on your mood and lifestyle. The Sunnyvale location can be a pain sometimes since the drive-​thru line gets so long it can obstruct traffic. The parking lot is also really small, so you’ll bump heads with a few other cars if you’re not careful.
PROTIP: For those interested in counting macros, Chick-​fil-​A items tend to have a great protein to calorie ratio.

It’s not often that I would review fast food places, but this one is an exception. One of the cleanest fast food places I’ve been to. The only other time I have had chick fil a before was at my colleges cafeteria, and I had been craving the chicken for quite some time. Not only I was surprised by the overall cleanliness of this restaurant but I was also very impressed with the friendly service. Food was your typical chick fil a nothing unique or different, but it’s still quite good. I’m in love with the waffle fries and chick-​fil-​a sauce.

I have to admit, I’ve never been to Chick Fil A, so I never understood how it could possibly stand out among other fast food places. How was it different from KFC or even McDonalds? Here’s how.
First, the inside is very clean. Not just cleaned often and superficially like so many McDonalds, but clean like a real restaurant.
Second, the service is genuinely friendly. The smiles were warm and not the usual tired forced smiles you see at so many fast food places. And the words seemed to come from a deeper place than the most recent version of the employee handbook.
Third, the food was actually pretty good. I got their deluxe chicken sandwich, fries and the Oreo shake. The fries were light and crispy. The shake was absolutely delicious, it put In n Out’s shake (which I really like) to shame.
The sandwich was a little disappointing. It was fresh and didn’t leave me with a sick overly full feeling, but it was also pretty bland. Next time, I think I’ll give the spicy sandwich a try.

#3 I’ve only been to Chick-​fil-​a twice, once for dine-​in and once for drive thru. It is not your typical Mickey D’s or Jack ‘n the Crack. It’s far from the typical unsanitary and greasy fast food restaurants where everything tastes the same and leaves you feeling like poop, literally. As soon as you walk in, the atmosphere is clean and inviting and for a second you forget that it’s a fast food joint. Everything from their menu to their décor has been thought out thoroughly and it shows. Even the employees are friendly!
They have healthy choices such as chicken noodle soup, chicken salad sandwiches, fruit that’s not in a bag, etc. They even have a separate section just for sprinkles for the soft serve and they aren’t greedy with the condiments unlike other places. And their Chick-​fil-​a sauce I could eat all day… BY ITSELF. Now, the only con is that the closest Chick-​fil-​a is 20 miles away, but then again they never put the good places out here. Oh well.

I’ve found my favorite fast-​food restaurant!!!
This Chick-​fil-​A location offers top-​notch customer service, mouth watering milkshakes, and delicious fries and chicken burgers.
During my first visit, I ordered a Spicy Chicken Deluxe combo meal that came with a Spicy Chicken Deluxe Sandwich, a medium box Waffle Fries, and a medium cup of Coca-​Cola ($ 7.59). The sandwich was filled with a large boneless chicken breast that had various seasonings, dill pickle chips, green leaf lettuce, tomatoes, and pepper jack cheese between two toasted buns. This was easily the best chicken sandwich I have ever tasted… Regarding the waffle fries, they were golden brown and were nice and thick, so I felt like I got my money’s worth.
During my second visit, I ordered a Spicy Chicken Sandwich ($ 3.85), a large box of Waffle Fries ($ 2.09), and a large Cookies & Cream Milkshake ($ 3.85). While this basic chicken sandwich only comes with a seasoned chicken breast, dill pickle chips, and a toasted bun, it’s still very tasty. The waffle fries were cooked to perfection again, which was really nice. The highlight of this meal was the milkshake, as it was packed full of Oreo cookies and included whipped cream that did not taste cheap at all.
During my third visit, I decided to order all of my favorites items at the same time, so I purchased a Spicy Chicken Deluxe combo meal and substituted the soda for a large Cookies & Cream Milkshake ($ 7.59 + $ 2.06 = $ 9.65). What I loved most about this visit was that everything I ordered was prepared the exact same way as my two previous visits. Consistency is key!
If you’re in the area, I recommend eating here at least once.

Chick-​fil-​a is one of my favorite restaurants. The chicken sandwiches here are some of the best I’ve ever had, and they keep that same excellent quality throughout their locations in the US. (I’ve had a TON of Chick-​fil-​a, I’ve been to restaurants in Ohio, California, Idaho, Kentucky — all over.)

Big fan of Chick-​fil-​A. Tried the location in Vallejo (drive thru) and now the location in Sunnyvale (walk in). The service was a little different, but definitely on par.

Layout — Modern building, has the feeling of an upscale fast food restaurant.

Overall, I was just impressed with the Sunnyvale location as the Vallejo. The service and quality was top notch. I’ll definitely be back!

I love Chick-​Fil-​A. Well, the food from there at least.
Pro tips:
— Stock up on their sauce. The honey roasted bbq is perfect for the spicy chicken sandwich, and the chick-​fil-​a sauce is my go-​to for chicken strips. I’m slowly amassing a collection at home so I can upgrade my frozen chicken to gourmet quality
— Their breakfast chicken+biscuit is the perfect way to start your day. And end it because of the subsequently inevitable food coma.

In the morning, there was light, and let it be said, that deep fried chicken, tucked into a biscuit was nothing more than perfection, if you call perfectly cooked chicken, and a chicken delivery systems something you like.
It’s generally known how the food here tastes, because it’s perfection flavorwise… this location however is quiet and speedy. They have a decent sized parking lot, and once inside, it’s clean and well kept. Ordering is a breeze, and because they don’t have a crazy long menu, you won’t have much trouble deciding.
Service was good, the staff there are kind, patient and knowledgeable about the food they serve. All in all, exactly what you expect from a well maintained and staffed Chick-​fil-​A.

Chick-​fil-​A is the best.
Hands down the best fast food/​fast casual chain. Real chicken breast pieces (not the processed and pressed mess in other places’ sandwiches and nuggets). Delicious dipping sauces. Friendly, professional service.
CFA Sunnyvale is quickly becoming my favorite location of all.
My wife and I stopped in recently, and I dropped my business card into CFA’s «Office Hero» drawing box. A few days later, I received an email from owner and operator Arnold Chong, letting me know that my card was selected! I thought this would mean lunches for my manager’s group of 5… or maybe our development team of 12… or at most our project team of 21… but Arnold wanted to be super generous and treat my entire department of 80!
He even made special arrangements to accommodate my vegetarian coworkers, with veggie wraps instead of chicken sandwiches. I was floored. It was probably the happiest I have ever seen my coworkers. Arnold and his wife delivered 80 hot lunches – that’s 55 sandwiches, 25 wraps, 80 bags of waffle potato chips, 80 chocolate chunk cookies, and certificates for 160 more free entrees (e.g. sandwiches, breakfast sandwiches, minis). Now that’s a real lunchtime hero.

This is a great chick fil a location that has a small play area that amused my twins for an hour. It’s encased so you can feel safe going in line while your kids are playing. The separate room also allows children to have fun and be loud without making their parents self conscious about it.
Food, of course, is wonderful. Don’t forget to ask for their special sauce, and try to get breakfast at least once.
