Came here after the Saturday Farmers market for some lunch. Establishment is small but welcoming. Very clean and new. Simple menu with a few items in each category. As far as i know, there is only one size option for the phở. Traditionalist that are use to the hole in the wall viet places will balk at the prices, portions, and light broth. Bowls are $ 11 with filet mignon rare beef. Daughter says its a decent bowl and the meat was tender. I had the vegetarian bun hue soup. It wasnt the best version I have tried but decent. My bowl was plentiful and they gave the dried chili on the side to customize the spiciness. No complaints here. Service was attentive, you can tell they are eager to please. 3 stars

The food at PhoEver is excellent — terrific flavor. The peanut sauce here is the best I’ve ever had, and I’ve had a lot over the years! The owner makes it fresh from scratch every day. You can definitely taste the difference. The service is outstanding — all waiters and servers were attentive and very polite. I like that they were flexible in allowing a few small dish changes to accommodate our food preferences. Great place to go for Phở!

I order the chicken phở for $ 11 which is pretty expensive for a bowl of phở. The menu is limited for noodles such as combination phở, chicken phở, bun bo que, and vegetarian spicy noodle. Phở + Soda = $ 14.14 plus $ 2 tip = $ 16.14 Really Expensive. However, service is quick and friendly. The chicken phở taste clean and no msg food coma afterward. I really like that they use white meat for the chicken phở which explains why it is so expensive.

Finally a clean and fun Phở place in the heart of Sunnyvale. They are quite new and are still figuring things out but everything is tasty, clean, nicely priced and up to date. I especially recommend good morning Vietnam coffee :)

Service is okay, even though there is an attempt to provide service, there is a huge lack in communication. The bowls are small and WAYOVERPRICED!!! By the way, «all bowls are the same size,» so pay no attention to the chalk art. «When in doubt, get a large bowl…» –That does not exist here. When asking for a side of veggies, don’t think that you will be getting any broccoli, expect a ton of mushrooms.

Visited PhoEver with my colleges this week. We had been waiting for them to open and that finally happened 1⁄21. I ordered the tamarind chicken wings and Phở Tai. Both dishes were tasty and the Phở was very good. There was plenty of meat in the soup. Others in the group had beef and noodle dishes which got a thumbs up. This restaurant is close to our office. Convenience does have its price. A bowl of Phở is $ 11. Some thought this was a little steep. It’s good, but be aware of this when you visit. Will try them again as there’s lots of good things on the menu.

Excellent food, value for money! Tried the beef specialty and the hot wings and both were great. Cheap prices and quality food, recommended!

I went back to give this place a second chance as I generally do. Initially the service did not improve, but after speaking with the owner and addressing the lack of attentiveness, she addressed it immediately. Service improved from that point on for myself and other patrons. Once they iron out the wrinkles, this place will be a huge success! Menu Item Suggestion for the Owner:

I had take for lunch the Bun Bo Hue was pretty tasty, the broth was good and only complaint it wasn’t spicy enough and there wasn’t enough blood cake.

Order bun bo hue, fried rolls, and the good morning Vietnam iced coffee. Everything tastes good here. However I don’t they are used to to go orders. They put my noodles and veggies in a box and soup on a plastic container. The container was filled to the brim which made it difficult to put the noodles in. I was at work and did it have the convenience of a bowl so I had to drink the spicy broth to make room and carefully put in the veggies and noodles but by bit. It was annoying and messy. The fried rolls are very small too. Otherwise I am will to try it again but maybe avoid to-go if I am going to work.

Woo-Hoo! So happy this place finally opened! Definitely worth the wait! And on a rainy day like today nothing could have been more perfect! Delicious Phở and beautiful ambiance! Friendly staff and unique plates, made to order! Welcome to the neighborhood, Phoever! You just earned one loyal customer here!

I went in today, between 2 and 3 pm, and ordered some phở. I was quite tempted by other things in the menu(specially the grilled chicken, which I’ll try next week), but since I hadn’t tried any phở yet(I’m a bit too out of the loop, I know) I decided to go for the rare beef phở. I enjoyed it quite a lot, specially with the cold and rainy weather. They offered me an appetizer on the house, but since I was alone and was sure I wouldn’t be able to eat it all I declined(but next time I go with someone else we will order those wings, they look amazing). The service was great and very attentive, and if you ask for it(or if they see how much you’re struggling with the chopsticks, like I did) they’ll give you a fork.

PhoEver, with its cutesy name, officially opened in Downtown Sunnyvale. We were seated right away and our order was taken shortly after. They were offering free appetizers for its opening day which was great; we ordered fried rolls. I ordered the phở with meatballs and I have to say I’m in love with the broth. It’s light but packed with flavor, not oily at all. My only complaint which I can look past because of it being their first day is they offered us free appetizers but forgot to bring it out until the end. The guy in the beginning seemed to be jotting our order on his iPad but then never remembered? Hopefully it’s something they can work on and get right next time. Overall, the place is beautiful, the food was delicious, and a little on the pricier side. Because it’s one of the closer phở locations, I will be swinging by more often. Heck, I might start coming here phở-ever.

Just had lunch here, today is their grand opening. Very impressed with the service and the interior design. We started with some very juicy wings(6 pieces) and spring rolls– both were on point. They only have one size for the phở options. For beef, they use filet mignon, so the prices are little more upscale. Really love the environment, but expect to spend a little more than your traditional dirty hole in the wall.

Pretty good overall. The place is clean. Service is good. I went here with 2 co-workers on the grand-opening for lunch. We all ordered the beef phở with filet. The phở broth was good, not too oily. Beef was tender. Also had the fresh roll appetizer which was light and fresh and delic! And the chicken wings appetizer was recommended by the waiter was also really good. The place is a bit pricey for a bowl of noodle soup. Probably 20% more than the average Phở restaurant. But the atmosphere, cleanliness, service, and location probably justify the price.
