Spirit Halloween

Cheap expensive opportunistic.

Went to the store twice in one day looking for costumes. Found what I needed but the service was horrible. Everyone that I came in contact with did not seem they wanted to be there. One gentleman had a tank top on sloppy and sour face so unprofessional. One of the cashiers was not friendly at all. She was mad I had so many transactions. Really need to think about what makes you happy and if Halloween doesn’t and working in this type of store I suggest find something else.
We spend our hardworking money to be festive we would like to walk in and friendly faces.

Came in here at the beginning of October to try to find an Enderman costume for my son. (Basically, its a cardboard box that my son would put over his head.
Checked the little kids area and there was nothing for this costume.
Went to the adults section and sure enough they had one there.
The packaging said 15 and up… My son is 9, I was concerned that it would not fit and since it is something that is completely packaged and you cannot try it on in the store, I was worried about being able to return it.
$ 25 for the cardboard square that goes over his head is a lot if it doesn’t fit and he cannot use it.
One of the managers was there and said that we could try it out at home and if it didn’t work we could return it for our cash back up until the 17^th of October.
She even wrote on my receipt so that I wouldn’t have any problems.
Very impressive! I left happy. Confident that I wouldn’t have any issues if a return was needed.
The costume did end up working, so NO return necessary.

Things I noticed inside the store.
Store was clean and organized. Staff was available for questions and very friendly.
Lots of costumes and accessories for adults.
Good selection of toddler costumes, however older elementary school kids, not a lot of selection.

Nice store decent selection but very little tween options so if you are a small lady might be hard to find a costume. They also have good decorations though the employees were super nice and store was very clean.

This Halloween store has great costume selections and is spacious so the costumes are easier to go thru than some other stores. They have all sizes of costumes, too, from infant to adult.
Need wigs, makeup, masks, or any other accessory? This Spirit Halloween will have a decent selection.
They also have Halloween décor setup so it’s like a mini Haunted House. It scares and amazes my toddler. Haha
