Had one of the weirdest ever drive-thru experiences at this TB location. The worker who passed me my food held my gaze for an uncomfortably long time and then seemed to intentionally graze my hand as he handed me back my change… talk about awkward… Besides that, it’s a solid T-Bell that I frequent more often than I’d like to admit.

DONOTUSEYOURCREDITORDEBITCARDHERE!!! I have a card that I do not use often and the one time I used it here my card was swiped and a couple of days later was used illegally in SoCal. I should have known since I noticed that the employee who took my card handed it to another employee for the actual transaction. This was in drive thru and I have communicated this to VISA. If you have notice illegal transactions on your card after using it here, you are not the only one.

The competency level is questionable. Lol! Yesterday I ordered nachos with just cheese and sour cream and it came with cheese & beans no sour cream. Then I order the same thing today and what do you know, its just cheese and again no sour cream. It may be petty to be upset about it but 2 days in a row of messing up the simplest order is really quite embarrassing. I mean really, its an order of chips with cheese & sour cream. Lol kbye

I’ve had problems with Taco Bell’s service in the past, and have taken those issues to the District Manager level on three separate occasions(twice in Las Vegas, once in Milpitas). So to say that I greatly appreciate the morning crew at this location(Kifer/Wolfe) is an understatement. Alicia, the manager, is one of the few restaurant managers I’ve ever seen who actually spends time working her drive-thru window. A small gesture – you might think – but extremely rare, and you can bet that her choosing to do so has a huge impact on her subordinates’ morale. While Alicia is working hard on the«front lines,» I’m certain that many of her counterparts(at other restaurants) are sitting in the office, checking social media and the like. Employee Rena is also very good: always smiling and friendly to the customers. The other young Indian woman who works mornings there(drive-thru) is OUTSTANDING. I don’t know her name, but she’s highly efficient, friendly, accurate, and typically asks(through the 2-way speaker): «What will you be having for breakfast this morning?» Most of my visits have occurred during the weekday mornings(around 10am), but I’ve also eaten there(inside) on Sunday afternoons, around 5:30 – and the service is practically just as good. This 5-star rating is for the team’s level of customer service and for manager Alicia’s leadership – not for their food quality. Taco Bell food is pretty much the same no matter where you go(about 2.5 stars).

Eh. It’s a pretty average taco bell. Not much to say besides that. Service was okay, food was okay. I prefer the one on El Camino, but this one is marginally closer to my house so we’ll see if laziness prevails.

It is taco bell. This particular one it on the corner and the entrance is hard get in and out of. Otherwise the drive through moves pretty fast, they havent screwed up my order yet and the food tastes like taco bell. What more can you expect? Make a run for the border.

I’m usually a fan of this location… Never any problems usually… Until recently… I go there all the time, ordering very very simple orders. Just 2 days ago, I ordered the triple layer nachos, only to get just«single layer» nachos, being there was only cheese. I did call in and the supervisor there at the time did say I could come back to get a new order, which I did come back to get(which was still a waste of my time to have to do so). And now again, they made another simple mistake on part of my order… definitely not worth going back for a new item… however I don’t like that they are consistently making mistakes now. After the 2nd mistake today, I did call back and was promised that the manager of the local location would call me back today. They have not. So I took it upon myself to call them back, knowing the manager should be there at this moment… but no one is picking up the phone at all… some serious lack of professionalism is being displayed here and it’s not hard to see that the employees are becoming either lazy or careless making mistakes on a near daily basis. I have since called the Taco Bell customer service number and have requested to talk to someone… only to have another promise to me that within the next 3 business days I’ll hear from the district manager. Lets see if they can finally uphold some kind of promise but also lets hope they don’t continue to make mistakes at this location until they do hear from some management.

I can’t say I can ever review fast food seriously, but I literally asked for 7, explicitly, fire sauce packets. Once I left the drive through and got home lo and behold I have 3 fucking sauce packets. I’m really not sure how to justify this vulgarity aside from being slightly tipsy but really is it that fucking hard to count? The only way to make taco bell edible is by the means of their sauces, so it just makes me question my sanity when the kind folks working there are not mentally capable of following the most basic instructions outside of «hi I want one shit-tier-taco»

This is seriously the best Taco Bell. The food is always fresh. The service is quick and friendly. And Alicia, the Regional General Manager is amazing and has done great things with this location. So. Good.

It’s a Taco Bell. Fast food for when you want it. I took the typical drive through, so I didn’t stay long enough to observe everything. The food was alright but the crew on shift when I came in was especially awesome. I had ordered some items that needed to be made fresh as they had just run out of. Rather than just leaving me with a lame apology, the cashier on hand had the awesome idea to not only apologize but to actually converse with me as I waited for my food in the drive-through. That’s worth a point in my books, so I’ll swing by if I ever feel like having Taco Bell again.

The service was very slow. Only 1 cashier running the dive thru and the front. Got our order wrong got charged for extra cheese sauce and guac. but had to ask for them. Also I asked for ranch sauce on my taco once again I got charged but they did not put any on it. The tables were mostly durty in the ding room. The food was really good. I tried the potato taco for the first time and I really enjoyed it. All in all it was good just wish the cooks could read the tickets.

This Taco is great. Closest to my place. Drive thru is quick. The team members are friendly, and vert patient. Always go there for a quick quesadilla fix or for some nachos. Have dined in once and the place was very nice and clean. It all went well for it was well kept.

I like this place. Sometimes the people can be strange around here. The food, it’s good for most part. The only thing I don’t like, is when you make a big order. They usually forget one thing. Or, you get someone who doesn’t speak English to well through the drive thru. Other then that, the place is good. Well, except the bathrooms. Gross.

Fast convenient. The manager Alicia is really nice and she always makes sure the customers are taken care of. The employees are really nice and they don’t seem like they don’t want to be there. To me that could make all the difference.

What a wonderful establishment. I have never had legitimate Mexican cuisine before, but I imagine it tastes nothing like the food that I had at Taco Bell. And that’s the genius behind it all. It’s food that makes you want to try the real cuisine to see if «that’s what it really tastes like!» is a reaction you have. It’s like reverse psychology culture advertisement. Wow. That said, I thoroughly enjoy the dollar menu here. As a recent college grad, my budget is almost always on the lower end. Heck, even if I had $ 1,000,000, I’d still come here for their dollar menu. The beautiful thing about it is that since it’s only a dollar, you really don’t expect much. But then it’s like flavor heaven. One suggestion: go with the crunchy tacos. Let me ask you a question — if you wouldn’t eat nachos with floppy chips, why on earth would you get the soft shell taco? Both are equally messy, but one makes a sound when you bite it, and honestly, isn’t that what we’re all after anyway? Case closed.

Had the XXL steak taco. Very good. First time having this. There has been times there new food is lacking in «Where is the food» but this time is full and the steak tender and cooked fully. If you have not tried the XXL, then you need to. Staff friendly and smiles. The inside clean and they take care of the area. It’s good to get here before noon due to it jets very busy here.

Nice clean Taco Bell with a drive through. It’s good, predictable food. However, I did try their new chef-invented bowl and ordered steak. I don’t know how I got vegetarian, but I have to say, it was good and I was rung up for the vegetarian. I wanted to try the steak more though. I also tried their lime bubbly water. I’m not sure exactly what it is, but it was really good and only 10 cents more than getting a soda. But for the order mix-up, it’s a good location. Just check your order or your receipt well and you should be just fine :-)
