I get that they are a bit on the pricey side but they do a great job with the alterations. I had these two two silk blouses which I simply adore and needing the sleeves modified and the bodice taken in and the lady did a really nice job with it. In addition to the alternation, they looked cleaned and pressed when I picked them up. Since I plan to keep the blouses for along time, I appreciate the fact that they are skilled in what they do.

I have no idea how this place stays in business! They are super expensive($ 8 to dry clean a pair of pants) and my pants weren’t even ready by the next day as promised. I came in the morning after, only having budgeted a few minutes to pay for and pick up my clothes. When I gave them my ticket, I saw the lady walk to the back and pull my pants out of the dryer. She then comes back up front to tell me it will be about 5 minutes for my pants to be ready. I tell her that I have to get to work, and I thought they would be ready by now. She looks at me blankly and then says, oh, well it will just be 2 – 3 minutes, or suggests that I come back later to pick them up. I refused to waste more of my time, so decide to wait it out and be late to work. My total for 5 shirts and 1 pair of pants is $ 20.40, and she didn’t even offer me a discount of $ 0.40. Needless to say, I will not be back to The Mark, as there are plenty of other dry cleaner options that are less than a mile away.

Do NOT come here if you want your stuff simply dry cleaned. I gave them 4 shirts and 3 pants to be dry cleaned. It cost me $ 39.30 total. That is $ 5.70/item. OUTRAGEOUS. My old place cost $ 2.50/item. I’m going back to the old place.

My stuff always comes back to me looking fabulous(especially the whites), but I have to agree with the others … they are just too pricey. The owners are extremely nice, they are close to my house and they offer same day service so they will still get my business from time to time, but because of the pricing, I cannot make this my go to cleaners.

Service and quality are fine, but the prices! They charged me $ 25 to clean and press a men’s suit. I paid without complaint since I was at fault for not asking about their prices in advance, but a printed price list should have been posted. I won’t make this mistake again.

Yes, they do a good job, but they are on the pricey side. I’d use them again but only on a garment that I paid a lot of money for like a suede dress. I have relegated them to be my special garment cleaners for items I really care about that require special handling. For everyday normal stuff I’ll use Park Cleaners up the road, it’s less expensive and they do a good job.
