I have been to All That Jazz four times and always loved the food and great live Jazz. However, I was so disappointed on my last visit. There were five of us. We had a reservation for 6 p.m. knowing the jazz started at 6:30 p.m. We had wine and dinner. We only sat through one set. A part owner/waiter asked us if we wanted the bill as soon as we were finished eating. I told him no and that we were not in a hurry. Within 10 minutes he came back with the bill. Everyone in our party thought we were being rushed to leave. There were people who came in after the music started and waiting to be seated. We truly wanted to listen to another set but oh well. A group of 4 who come in every Saturday night was not rushed. A jazz club should be a relaxing, not rushed, experience. I won’t be back. Not cool!

What a last minute find! We left the BB&T Center and went on Unilocal to find a place to eat. Not only was the food amazing, but so was the service and music. Super friendly staff. Great mix of food selection. Everything from heavy and yummy to healthy and delicious. We will be back often.

Good jazz musicians and singer. Very cool for a friday night. There was a special saxophone talented guest from nyc. They play a nice seleccion and also some impro. It was cool. Food: order pesto garlic bread with muzzarella and it was ok. No overpowering flavors. Take this as yin and yang. Then chicken parmesano. You cam tell that it was hand/home made. Sauce over it was good. Great balance not too much acid, like in most of italian restaurants. And I had linguini Sambuca. It was surprisingly good. A little bit sweet. Never had pasta like that. I enjoyed it and everybody else in the table… we also order a very nice Chardonay. Desert… Brownie explosion… for me too much/all over the place. But I guess everybody loves that. Service was good, fast. Too fast, specially with the check. I don’t think this place needs to rush for a second turn. Maybe I’m wrong. Decore, we are in florida, you can’t expect something authentic thats why you can tell this is a family business and they give it all. But don’t expect a New Orleans jazz bar. Second part of the show was 70’s music. We enjoy everything.

This is a great place to listen to live Jazz and have a nice bite to eat. It is located in a strip plaza and does not look like much from the outside, but inside it has a welcoming atmosphere and very good service. Live music is available on Thursday, Friday and Saturday. They only take reservations for groups of 6 or more, but we got there at around 7:30 on a Saturday evening, and the place was fairly busy, but they still had a couple of tables available, so we got seated right away. That night music was provided by a group of 5 musicians, and it was very good quality. Food menu is not very extensive, but it offers a good selection for every taste, and prices for food and drinks are very reasonable. Also, it is nice they do not have a charge for the entertainment. The only requirement is to spend at least $ 15 per person.

From start to finish the evening’s food and entertainment were fabulous. The treat of the night along with the delicious Jambalaya and carrot cake was Bobby Rodriguez and his 18 piece orchestra, yes all of them fit quite nicely in this small jazz supper club! Can’t wait to go back only wish there was a dance floor.

I was pleasantly surprised by this restaurant. The food was delicious, and the music was impressive. I strongly recommend the calamari and shrimp, for the combination between the seafood and the sauce was amazing. The entrées were all mouthwatering and so much better than I expected. The customer service was out-of-this-world!

Went here for the first time last night. Never realized it was there until a friend recommended it. We had great food, great service and great music. We will definitely be back to try other dishes and the tiramusu!

Nice little place in a small plaza. Live music, which can make it hard to talk to your dinner table but otherwise a nice place to get a good meal. Very friendly staff, quick service, not overbearing at all. Food was good, maybe a tad on the pricier side, but would go there again. The pork chops were ahhhhhh-mazing!

Great music from world class jazz players, a warm family vibe, and food that is delicious and reasonable. If you like trio jazz with drums, upright bass, and piano with kick-ass musicians this place is a treat. It literally is run by a wonderfully warm and talented family. I am a regular there for obvious reasons. If you crave good LIVE jazz this is a must see and hear. This review is unsolicited.

My husband and I enjoy the food, atmosphere, the service and of course, the live jazz music every time we go to All That Jazz. I try different dishes whenever I go. First, was chicken parmigiana, then the tacos, then the shrimp and calamari Caribbean style but you can order your sauces from Italian to Caribbean. Go on the website to see their menu and special shows.

I had seen the reviews a few months ago, but just remembered about it this week. Six of us went for dinner(we did make a rez). Not sure what to expect, but when we walked in at 7, the place was already jammed and the group was playing. We had the Garlic Bread, Chicken Parm, Penne with marinara; Pork chops, Shrimp, and the Sambuca linguini. Also had salad and soup. Desserts were Tiramisu, Chocolate cheesecake, and Brownie with ice cream. All of us were raving about our meals, the service, and the music! Just a great place to relax with friends, have a terrific meal, and excellent music! This is really a very good place and we will be back! Two brothers and a wife! Wife cooks, one brother plays the bass in the group, third is the roamer and greeter… very friendly and makes you feel like you are home. Can’t say enough… give it a try!

Do it again and again, remember, the jazz does compete with the cuisine. The food comes out a fast second to the music venue.

Had a very pleasant surprise this weekend when we stumbled across this hidden gem! Michael and his entire family are wonderful and the love and care for this great jazz –resto –school is evident from the moment you walk in. The music was smooth, the food was great and the staff were wonderful! We will be back!!! Thanks for a great night!

All that jazz was a fun experience for me and the birthday girl I treated :) We had 2 gentleman, in which 1 of them was the owner, help take our orders. Very warm, inviting, gave us a brief overview of the specials. I love Broadway, the performing arts is a nostalgic past time for me, being a former dweller of Manhattan for 6 years. What I was expecting(or hoping) was light music from a piano and/or a sax leading into a beautiful dinner. But that night was a broadway tribute, in which the students(they offer music classes as well), played in a, orchestra fashion so you will. Even though they were wonderful, I just wanted some light music to still enjoy a conversation. So to start, we had their«all jazz» garlic bread, but it didn’t come before the food. It was actually forgotten :(so came out last. It was a disappointment. Some pieces of bread had a good amount of garlic, others you couldn’t taste it at all. And most of them were burnt, so not only that un-acquired taste, but that hard-to-bite-into. I had the shrimp tacos, and you have the option of adding a soup or salad on the side for a dollar and change. I opted for the veggie soup. It wasn’t anything robust or flavorful like I’d hope, but mediocre. Portion was huge though! My shrimp tacos had a delish, cilantro? sauce, I believe it was. Came with 3 decent sized soft-shelled tacos. So, I would have awarded this review with a 3 star, but the service and entertainment was deserving of 4 stars. I will deff be returning!

I’ve know about this music café for a while, but as a live music venue I was not too certain that the food would be that great. Fortunately, I was wrong. The music and the food were great! With a Brazilian and US flag flanking the stage, I could tell that they’d give me that kind of jazz that I love. And as for the food, the mahi mahi done creole style, with potatoes and streamed veggies were tasty and so healthy. Love it! I’ll definitely be back!

A true jazz lounge and restaurant! The musician and singers are great, talented individuals. The menu selection is awesome. It was hard to decide what to order. The entrees come with a choice of meat and choice of preparation. The garlic bread is a must. All That Jazz is in the NW corner of Hiatus and Oakland Park. Its on the north end of the plaza with plenty of parking.
