Leave here with mixed feelings every time, on one hand, they do excellent work, and one may rest assured that the job they do will be a good one. However, the employees are like aggressive street vendors, nagging at you to but more stuff, all of which is overpriced. Their lack of social skills don’t stop there either, as the owner had the audacity to call the gorgeous aventon Mataro low fixie I put together «heavy», and «a waste of money», despite the fact that he would have charged me $ 300 more for a bike of far worse quality.

I had a wonderful experience here! I needed a new seat stem for my daughter’s bike. They had the replacement part and it was very reasonably priced. I brought in the new seat which was not bought from them and they even assembled the seat to the stem at no charge. I had difficulty getting the stem into the bike frame so I then brought the bike in and they helped once again. There was no charge for that either. Granted it only took a few minutes and I waited between paying customers but I found them to be very personable and very good at bike repairs. There were other customers in the store for other bike repairs and I thought their customer service was perfect.
All of my bike repairs will go to Big Wheel Cycles!
The only negative is their parking lot only had about 10 spaces to park. Could pose a problem during busy times.

I bought a mountain bike and some accessories at Big Wheel cycles. The prices were very reasonable. The gentleman (Francisco) who took care of me was very nice and knowledgeable. He spent a considerable time answering my questions without pushing me into buying anything. I highly recommend this place. Great service, great selection, nice people and good prices. Anyone who goes there will feel confident about his/​her decision and most important, you will get great support and service. I am definitely looking forward to go back to Big Wheel Cycles.
