Firehouse Subs

Watch out for the crazy short haired lady. It seems the employee was on drugs. When I arrived she was Yelling at customers on phone when and had attitude.
So crazy decided to leave. Corporate needs to screen their hires much better.

Very poor customer service. Person on the line (short hair cut, masculine female) refused to make my sandwich the way requested and rudely proclaimed she would absolutely not do it. She became irate, raising her voice and causing a scene. Needless to say my friends and I left and will never return.

Back on November 15^th, 2015, I placed an online order to this specific location. I was hoping that I could just walk in, pick up my paid order, and get back on the road since my lunch breaks were only 30 minutes and this restaurant took a few minutes to get to. When I arrived, I saw there was a bit of a line leading to the cash register. I asked one of the employees behind the counter if I could just go ahead and pick up my PAID online order, as I was told in previous visits by other FireHouse Subs employees that I should go straight to the counter and pick it up immediately. The employee told me that I would have to wait in line to pick up the order and that they only had one register working at the moment. I saw my COMPLETED order and name on the bag right behind this employee, so I asked if I could just grab it and get going. He told me I had to wait.
If I had not paid for my order ahead of time, I would have walked out and that would have been the end of it. However, I paid for it online, so I got in line and waited… and waited… and waited some more. About 15 – 20 minutes later, I finally got to the front of the line and I was handed my order… something that could and should have been done after approaching the first employee.
In a bit of a rush, I went back to work (consuming my meal on the way since I had no time to spare) and wrote an objective but sternly-​worded email to their Customer Service department. I received a few replies back from their main HQ, but I did not receive any contact or feedback from the franchise location itself.
I’m not a hard guy to please and I loved the meals I got from Firehouse Subs and this location in prior visits. However, because of the bad (or lack) of customer service I have received, I will never eat at this or any Firehouse Subs location again. If I could give this a negative star review, I would.

This is a go too. Anytime we don’t know where to eat, this is our fall back. My favorite is the meatball sub and the Philly cheesesteak! Always made perfectly. Device is always great and friendly. Pricing is a little more on the pricey side for subs. We usually get a medium meatball sub, and a large philly with a combo and comes out to $ 18. But the quality and taste is great so it’s worth it

The subs are amazing and cooked perfectly every time! My favorite is the Meatball Sub with pepperoni!
Ordering online is worth it because my order is always ready when I need it.
I would recommend to anyone looking for a quick bite to eat!

My husband and I chose «The Engineer» sub again. It was amazing. Service was great as well.

Great place! Food is delicious. I think i’m addicted to their chili, of all things… My favorite subs are their Firehouse Meatball and the one with beef brisket and melted cheese-​yaaammm! I ‘m not much for turkey subs but my friend, a regular at this location, had tried all the different ones they have. She said they were very tasty. They have different sodas — not my thing, but the tea was good. Added a little lemon wedge-​perfect! I think I’m getting a craving just writing about it. :0)

Happy I found this place. Great meatball, and many options. One of those mixer soda machines and the bread is delicious. Stoked this place is in weston, lunch box is good too.

If your looking for a awesome sub with a fire truck length of variety this is your spot. There selection of sandwiches are amazing. There made fresh in front of you and with orgasmic flavor. Not to mention the entire staff is very helpful, knowledgable and friendly, specially Kieth. This location is typically not full even during lunch hours which seems to be there rush hour. So it’s perfect if you have a short lunch or need to crab something and go. Expect to find lots of police officers and fire fighters since both stations are right around the corner. So feel confidant if that if the place catches fire or they try to stick up the place your in safe hands. :D
