i’ve been waiting and waiting and waiting… how much longer guys? it’s been about 22 days since i placed an order and after the first nine days, i sent an e-​mail to inquire of my purchase, only to get a reply a few days later saying the item is out of stock! they don’t bother to provide me with an estimate date of when it will be in stock (they could’ve e-​mailed me first to let me know the item was out of stock, and their website shouldn’t have read that the item was in stock in the first place) and they don’t even say SORRY! a simple sorry would’ve worked for me…
if i could give it zero stars, i would, but they do at least provide phone numbers to reach them (although i haven’t tried calling yet). i’ve seen other sites where numbers were either non-​existent or totally in hiding. yea, i need to be more smart about these kinds of things.
