I shipped a desktop computer from Florida to Dallas, Tx and it arrived inoperable. The desktop was poorly packaged and the service wasn’t good. I took the their word that the packaging they shipped it in was enough, but they were wrong. Also, while waiting for them to package my computer and my wife’s items, the one clerk stopped packaging our items several times, to help customers that came after us. I will never use them again.
