Customer service was extremely poor. To be catering to an Apple audience they missed the mark. Short and ignorant responses to general questions and basically an «I don’t care «attitude summed up my experience. I though the wait at the Mac store was a bit lengthy but I’ll definitely wait there. Then the guy seemed to know nothing about Macs !

Worst customer service ever. Explained my problem to one of the specialists there and got no help at all, no options to fix my problem. The specialist who helped me clearly didn’t care about my problem and did not try at all to fix it. I ended up having to go to the apple store in aventura and my problem was solved in minutes.

We attempted to buy a cable using Apple Pay, but the employee refused to do so unless we provided a name. The whole point of Apple Pay is to complete a transaction without the business receiving personal information.
Poor business practice.
We purchased the cable at a Best Buy Mobile.

The apple stores are all way too far! This place is in a great location in Sawgrass Mall. I went to get a screen-​protector for my new iPhone 6 and the one of the employees, Rebecca did a great job helping me pick out the one I wanted and put it on for me. Overall, the store has an amazing staff, good prices and I recommend going here for any of your apple related needs.
