I just went here last night! It seemed like a popular place for being brand new, lots of families here. They have the same logo as the famous Chicago location, but the menu is not the same and they are not listed on the official website… so I think they are just an «inspired» version. We were a party of 11 so i got to try bun kebab, papri chaat, chicken tikka, chicken philly sub, mixed vegetables and keema naan. Mixed vegetables were basically 90% potato, but everything else was good. The value especially was excellent. We all ate for less than $ 150, including lots of naan and tea for everyone. Regarding the service, it is friendly but the waitresses are definitely confused! My friend asked the waitress, «is this the chicken tikka?»…she goes, «i don’t know, is it?». The waitresses are not Pakistani so it will take some time to learn, I guess. But the owner was really nice and re-confirmed our dishes to make sure there was no mistake. If you are a big meat-eater and like quality Pakistani food at a good price, Sabri is a suitable option. But go here with someone else, it’s like a total open plan so everyone can see you. Also, service and speed need improvement– lots of confusion during ordering, then a long wait, and also they did not know how to run a debit card so more waiting. I will definitely try it again because of the food/value; a slight improvement in service would easily bump this restaurant to four stars.
