We made the mistake off setting up a business PO Box at this particular location due to the close proximity of our home. They continually lose mail without sending it back to the sender. I spoke to the owner, and she was very rude and took a stance of «we do not ever lose or misplace mail». going on to state that she has 4 other locations and they know what they are doing. Well, I have 2 other UPS Store mail boxes and they NEVER seem to misplace any mail. I am under contract until later in the year but will be moving away from this company when October arrives.
