I stopped at this Walgreen’s ONCE because it is literally two lights away from my house. Usually when I go to any other Walgreen’s store the cashier always greets you at the store. At this one I walked in unnoticed, that’s fine. I work retail and actually find it very tedious to have to acknowledge EVERYSINGLE person that walks by me so that wasn’t the problem. My problem was the service given to me by sales staff AND the manager on duty. I wanted a pair of eyelashes that were locked. At every other Walgreen’s they’re free to grab and go but they’re locked at this location. So I had to walk to the cosmetic’s counter to ask for assistance because even though the salesperson saw me looking at them she didn’t bother to acknowledge me and ask if I needed help. When I asked her for help she gave me a bit of a side eye and smacked her lips and said she needed a key for that. She got the key and after struggling for a while she said she didn’t know how to open it. That was it. I asked if there was anyone else in the store that knew how to open it. She rolled her eyes and left. Apparently she went to get the manager but she didn’t tell me that. I just stood there like wtf happened? The manager came and looked at the lock and said«ugh I hate this lock, are you sure you want to buy this?». Ummm, at that point I wanted to blow up and curse at both of them but I had my son with me so I said yes and watched her struggle for a whole seven minutes trying to open the lock. When she finally got them out, I looked at them, said never mind and left. I refuse to give you my money if you’re going to be an ass to me. Working in retail for several years I know that your store wouldn’t be open it it wasn’t for the customer. I know I’m only one customer out of hundreds, thousands or even millions that go to Walgreen’s but I’ve had outstanding service at other locations. This one sucks.

This Walgreens is very friendly. From being greeted when you enter the store to the pharmaceutical reps to the drive in. I appreciate the service. What I don’t appreciate is them holding up my prescription 2 weeks saying they are waiting on the doctor when they just want to try to change the script to 90 days. My doctor was fit to be tied. madness
