I ordered from the warehouse, I was told it was less expensive because it was «Just last years model» But I received a used /​sanitized mattress. YUCK
Michael handled everything and did not charge me to deliver the correct mattress !

Holly was great to work with. She was very friendly, knowledgeable and accommodating. I bought the mattress set last night and it was just delivered less than 24 hours later. The delivery team was professional, courteous and followed all protocal. Not to mention they were in and out in less than 10 minutes. I would highly recommend stopping in to see Holly for your next mattress.

First let me say if this was a review of Holly Todd, it would absolutely be 5 stars. From the beginning she helped me pick out a mattress that I liked and was in my price range. She was very understanding of my budget and did not try to push me into anything. She spend 45 minutes to an hour with me showing my different products and calling other stores to see if they had anything different that could work for me. I was very impressed with the whole experience. That is until it was time to actually get my bed. Apparently there was a mix up at the warehouse and my bed was not able to be delivered on the day I had reserved. Cool, I’ll just sleep on my floor for the night because that’s what every person who just spent a whole day of moving wants to do. They said they would reschedule for the next day. So I stay home all day and still no mattress. I called Holly to ask what was going on and she called the warehouse and found out they couldn’t find my apartment even though all of my information was on the sheet and it was correct. They deliver mattresses for a living. How are they unable to find an apartment? At this point I had work the next day and really didn’t want to be sleeping on my floor since I didn’t sleep well the night before. Mattress firm delivers until 11 but they said nobody was available to bring me my mattress. So what does Holly do about it? HER AND HER FRIEND TAKE THEIR OWN TRUCK OUT TO THE WAREHOUSE AFTER WORK AND PICK UP MY MATTRESS SET AND BRINGS IT ON THEIR OWN TO MY APARTMENT (they had no trouble finding it by the way). We unloaded it and brought it up to my place and then her and her friend set it up for me. This is absolutely unacceptable that someone who works in sales at the store has to deliver a mattress to the customer. Especially since she went out of her way after work to do so. Holly went above and beyond to fix the warehouse’s mistake. I don’t know why there was so much miscommunication, but this happened to my roommate too and she was without a bed for 6 nights (she went to a different mattress firm so she didn’t have Holly to help). Awful experience overall and would not recommend purchasing from Mattress Firm.

There are two Mattress Firms on Brodie Lane. This is the one in the DSW and Petsmart and Tarka shopping lot. It was listed as a «clearance center» but when we got there they didn’t know what that meant. So don’t make an extra trip based on that label. It would be easier to go to the largest Mattress Firm in Austin, which is just down the road next to Sam’s Warehouse and Best Buy off Mopac.
We got a a Simmons Beautyrest and are really enjoying it. It has a 15 year warranty, if you think you’ll have it that long, and separate coils so that the bed doesn’t bounce when the other person is getting in/​out of bed.
We did order one of their special Mattress Firm coconut pillows but when the mattress was delivered, there was no pilllow. Now we have to call and complain, which is a pain.
Excellent customer service while you’re there, and there is not a hard sell thing happening while you’re shopping, which is nice.
It would be nicer if the sample beds were queen instead of twin so that two people could lie on it first before making such a large purchase. I guess that is too heavy for one sales rep to pull out of the display area.

I originally came to this store to buy a bed for my son. The sales person, Andi, was incredibly knowledgeable, helpful and not at all pushy. Before I left, I was looking at a bed for myself to replace the Simmons Beautyrest I had purchased from them 15 years ago. I needed to wait a few days to make a decision since my son’s bed was going to be delivered by the company to his new home in Colorado. Andi was transferring to the Southpark Meadows store (next to Wal-​mart) and I was so impressed by her service that I drove out there to finalize my purchase. She did all of the research and set up the plan to be sure my son’s bed would be delivered on time and even promised to track it to be sure that happens correctly. She helped me find a bed for me and had it delivered to my home in Austin as promised. While there are lots of beds out there and lots of places to purchase them, it is the customer service that puts Mattress Firm over the top for me.

I just purchased my second mattress from here. Just like the first time, the service was great. I can be a bit neurotic when it comes to these big important purchases and both Matt and Andy were very patient with my capriciousness. They were so informative and not pushy at all. I got my bed yesterday and got an amazing night’s sleep on my Simmons Beautyrest. I know mattress sales companies can get bad raps and wanted to make sure these guys get the business they deserve :)

Our sales guy was really knowledgeable and friendly. Answered all of our questions. And most importantly, we got a great deal on a fantastic mattress.

Bought 2 beds here back in March– a twin for our daughter and a new queen for us to replace our 15yr old mattress that we got when we first married.
Since then we’ve had some trouble sleeping on the queen as it appeared it was too soft.
Went back this past week and talked to Blake, our original sales guy, who helped us make the exchange as part of the comfort trial (done between 30 – 90 days) without any hassle at all to get a slightly firmer mattress in the same line.
Thanks Blake! We’re sleeping a little better now.
