Business is so good the woman that seemed like the manager was able to chew gum and take phone calls while I stood at the counter waiting to buy items. I do believe the phone call was business related, however, it is still my belief that she could have simply said, I have a customer can I call you right back. The lack of professionalism displayed was not impressive.
