This place is closed. There is a for sale sign in front. Very sad the pictures of the food looked amazing and authentic.

Really really cute place. The food is good but the décor is better. Why isn’t Superior like Jerome or Bisbeee??? This town has amazing potential.

I think Unilocal needs to stop letting the owners post reviews, as they are the only people who could have given these good reviews to this place. We waited over 45 minutes to get our food-really tough with 2 preschoolers. The portions were TNY, but that was a blessing as we only ate it cause we were starving at that point, Chicken was as dry as sawdust, refried beans were tasteless, and chips were from a bag. We were overcharged as well but at that point I just wanted to get out. Don’t believe the hype. NOT good.

Off the highway gem!!! Head down to main street and get some post hiking Mexican grub. Beef enchilada’s were awesome. Burritos my friends ordered looked great as well. No beer or wine, but the owner said to BYOB. The back garden/patio is killer for warm afternoons. Chips and salsa also very good. This place is labeled Tex-Mex here on Unilocal… I’d have to say it’s only Mex and no Tex. Get off Hwy 60 and give this welcoming Mexican joint a try. Just a note on hours… weekdays they close at 5pm. However; on the weekends they stay open late, close their indoor kitchen and take the cooking out to their front porch for weekend street tacos till 11pm.

Don’t be apprehensive about giving this quaint little gem a try. They have the best tacos and enchiladas this side of utopia. The cook(Spanish speaking) is always eager to make it just the way You like it. Ask for specials not listed on the menu. You’ll enjoy.

This place was very good. I passed it and at first sight thought that it’d be a good place for lunch. The place looked neat. The outside of the building had a big dinosaur mural painted on it that I thought looked really neat. The food was great. I had a Super Superior Chicken Burro, which came with rice, lettuce and a tomato slice on the side. As well as sour cream, guacamole, and baked apple slices. The food was great! The chips were a great texture and very fresh and the salsa was good. I’ve had better guacamole in California, but that’s ok, it wasn’t bad! I had chocolate cake for desert and that was amazing! Service was fantastic! Our waitress was super friendly as was the man who I’d assume to be the owner. The only reason I’m giving it 4 stars, instead of 5 is because there was a «Reduce, Reuse, Recycle» sign in the lawn in front of the resteraunt which caught my attention as we were walking towards building. Yet the sour cream, guacamole, and baked apple slices all were served in little plastic cups with plastic lids. For take-out this would ok, but for dining-in there is no need.
