Very disappointed. The«reporting» and security they offer sucks because their software sucks. I could not get the in-out report pulled of my unit. I was given all the run around for 6 weeks+ and ultimately told, they’re sorry, the software just can’t pull that information for me. I needed it as proof for an insurance claim. Guardian needs to look at their software vendors more carefully. This is part of the value they offer… alarms, in and out reporting, cameras. If a customer needs proof of or access to that information, shouldn’t they be able to get it? That’s what we pay more for.
