I travel for a living and have visited Starbucks all across the US. This is one of the extremely rare Starbucks that claim they can’t steam breve over 180 degrees and it’s rarely even that hot at this location. A shame as it’s the closest to my home and I’m a regular.(I also have an espresso maker at home and steam my own half and half and know this is complete BS.)

I would give it a zero star if i have that option. So after I had a mediocre hot chocolate I went to the bathroom. It was 7:30pm by the time I got out of the bathroom and tries to go back to studying(they close at 8:00pm). Then I fount out that the door was locked. I didn’t have my phone with me at the time. I knocked and of course nobody could hear me. I had to go outside without my jacket when it was 18 degree and I had to go around the bldg to get inside. I asked if anybody locked the door without asking if there is anybody inside. Some white girl with curly blond hair looked at me and said yes. She didn’t even feel sorry or stupid for having done that. I mean since when Starbucks started hiring people with no sense of responsibility/common sense! This is my first bad experience with a Starbucks employee. Very disappointed!

Isn’t it about time for Starbucks to start offering a gluten free menu of some sort? When I asked if they had anything gluten free, they pointed to the rice crispies treats. Seriously?

Went to the drive thru to buy two drinks on a Sunday night. The woman on the headset asked us to repeat our order several times and grew more frustrated each time saying«it’s hard to hear in here» even though when we pulled up there were no customers inside. When we pulled up we were greeted by the two employees complaining about the customers in the car ahead of us while we were awkwardly at the window. They continued to complain right in front of us for about five minutes before handing us drinks which they then said were not ours and we handed them back. We eventually got our drinks after a long and awkward wait. Working in customer service I understand some customers will be rude, but to complain in front of other customers while completely ignoring us is unprofessional.

How sad is it that the best cappuccino I got in Colorado was at Starbucks? Bonus points for warming up my ‘chocolate croissant’(pain aux chocolate) — it was a lot better than when cool — thanks! :-)

Very consistent good service. And the drive through does not get bogged down. Although, I wish they could make me feel less self-conscience as I drive my SUV through the drive-through at a suburban Starbucks. #IAMTHEPROBLEM

It’s Starbucks, what can I say… except for it being located in our neighborhood, drive-through, makes it a super popular place. I wish they could re-stock at least one more than the usual(esp on weekends) Tony was able to grab one buttered croissant, around 11 am. We usually try to get something more substantial, he said there was a long wait, and when he finally got his turn, that’s all they had. Since it is Broncos game day, Sunday, 11 am is too late & they re-stock later in day. Everyone here is early to rise, of course it means early to bed, I hate/love that they close before 9 pm! It both rejects me from extra caffeine(ahem calories) and from spending extra $$. One splurge that we can’t seem to rid ourselves of, esp since working close(next door), we are going to attempt to hold back since change of employment in 2015. Sadly, Sam moved across the street from one. Talk about using mental restraints, lol.

Love this Starbucks! Always a very friendly staff and the drinks are never made wrong! It’s a fun peppy atmosphere that always seems to cheer me up when ordering my morning coffee before the big commute to work!

Love the new patio furniture. The new bakery items are pretty decent too although I’d still like to see more focus on healthy items and gluten free options. Not all patrons seem to understand the no-smoking policy outside. Overall a very pleasant location with plenty of seating both inside and outside and cool music.

Super fun staff, but they never fill the cups up. Order a venti & you get a venti cup with grande drink.

This place, near Chik-fil-a which I just reviewed, and like just about every *$ I visit, is great. They have the formula down to a science and never screw up my drinks. And today, a barista wrote«Come Together» on my cup. Fortunately, being the well-read man I am, I knew to what it referred and it has nothing to do with the Beatles or sexual come-ons. Wi-fi there is always on and fast, although, AT&T just extended LTE coverage which is even faster than wi-fi(and more secure obviously).

2012 Review #55: I know it’s ridiculous to review a Starbucks and give it 5 stars, but hear me out. What do you hope for in a Starbucks? Consistency, good, quick, friendly service. Hot and tasty coffee and food. This location does all of those things, all of the time, and they go above and beyond. I’ve been here probably near 10 times, both in the store and(mostly) the drive-thru. I’ve purchased gifts like mugs and gift cards, but mostly drive through for an afternoon fix. Every time I come, the employees are so kind. Much more so than average. I once was having a really rough afternoon and was greeted with the typical greeting. When I drove around, they opened the window to take my card and very genuinely asked«So how’s your day going?» I was surprised and said something along the lines of «oh.um…it’s going ok» and while they handed me my coffee they said«well I hope your afternoon gets better,» and genuinely smiled at me. It sounds so sappy but it really was one of those rare interactions where you feel like someone went beyond the call of duty of a coffee-slinging job. I’ve never had to wait in line in the drive-thru, and I’ve never had to wait for my coffee. Last time I went here, I brought Dunkmaster, and not only did half the employees crowd the window to look at him, they made him a whipped-cream«Puppacino» for free. I was a happy customer, and he was a happy, if fattened, dog. That’s definitely more than I would expect from«just a Starbucks.»

This Starbucks HAS to get five stars, for the Service alone. After all, the Barista makes or breaks your coffee experience, right? Starbucks should be proud of these employees. Starbucks had an insanely good Signature Hot Chocolate: Salted Caramel. When this drink first came out, there was a city-wide shortage of the Sugar/Smoked Sea Salt topping. Crisis! I called around to every Starbucks Location, and found this one. It was about 15 minutes before closing. But they had the salt! I told her: «Don’t Close! I’m driving from Westminster! I’ll be there SOON!!!» (Stop pretending like you’ve never had a craving.) (Also, stop calling the Men in the White Jackets. They’ve got me on speed dial already.) I arrive at the Drive-Thru maybe 5 minutes before closing, and breathlessly place my order for a Tall Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate. She says«Oh, Good! You Made It!!» Wow. Seriously. Not only did they have my craving, but they were NICE about some crazy chick pulling up at closing, when I’m quite sure they’d rather already have the machines cleaned for the night. I pull to the window, and my savior hands me a Grande Salted Caramel Hot Chocolate. She says, «You drove so far, and you like it so much, we upgraded you to a Grande. Hope you enjoy it!» With a Smile. A REAL One. End Of Story. One Person can form a Permanent Impression of a business. This Barista certainly did!

I am so excited to write this review, for it is something that has NEVER happened to me before. My friend Jax and I woke up at 4:40 am so we could be THEFIRSTPEOPLEATTHISNEWLY-OPENED Starbucks!!! We both showed up at 4:55 am, and eagerly awaited for them to open the door; one, because we wanted our early morning fix, and two, because it was 30DEGREES outside!!! And at 5 am, it happened… the doors opened for the first time. As we walked in, we were greeted by Rachel, the barista from the other Starbucks(see Review), and she was very excited to see us. She knew our orders from the previous locale. She also thought it was cute to see us be the first people walking in. What propelled«The Buck’ to world domination was the ability to standardize a process, making coffee. So, needless to say, we were treated to the exact same cup of Café Americano(Jax’s fave) and Peppermint Hot Chocolate(my choice) as anywhere else. This Starbucks gets Five Stars because it is a mile closer to my house, and just down the street from Jax, she claimed she didn’t need to put her car in gear, just«rolled down the hill to the parking lot». This one has a Drive-Thru and will probably be jam packed in the morning. But, swing by as for Rachel and tell her I sent you. She’s great and makes this location a swell place to chill and read a paper with a frothy cuppa’ joe. If you see me there, feel free to say hi too. There is wireless, so I might be doing some«work».
