A terrific experience. Took my three year old in for a haircut. Was able to get a same day appointment and the stylist did a fantastic job. Fast, looks great, and a very fair priced. Will definitely come back.

Found Red Sails Salon on Unilocal.The first thing I was happy about was the day I wanted to have my roots colored they were totally booked which says others are liking this shop. I come from Central Jersey just bought a home on Long Beach Island so I plan on spending a lot of time here. I now need a back up Salon to go to. Marci was the person I was given an appointment with. She did an excellent job, I didn’t know my formula and she matched my color beautifully as good as my hair stylish in Monroe Township who I have been using for years.

They are wonderful! And, my stylist saved me (my hair, that is). I had gotten a bad cut at another salon just a few days earlier and was miserable. They fit me in between other appointments, restyled me, and I left feeling awesome. I was a walk– in on a busy day. Great people & a great cut!

Got both a hair cut and a foot massage here on different days. Both were exceptional and fairly priced. In fact, $ 45 for a haircut was quite a deal!

I found this salon on the Internet and it seemed like a nice, professional salon. I just moved to NJ a few months ago and seriously needed to get my roots taken care of so I booked an appointment. I explained to the stylist, as best as I could, or so I thought, how my previous hair stylist (who I love, but does not live in Jersey) did my highlights and toner on my roots to blend it all. Long story short, I had ORANGE roots at the end of the day. I was so displeased I called back and booked another appointment (with a different girl) to have them fix it. I went back a few days later. What I thought (and what my previous stylist explained to me) should have been a relatively quick fix, took 2 ½ hours. My hair is now ashy brown, with very few highlights. I went in as a blonde requesting highlights and after 2 visits and $ 250 later am still unhappy with my now ashy-​brown hair. Unless someone you know and trust recommended a stylist at this salon, I would avoid it!

This salon is a nice place to sit down and relax for a bit while you are pampered. The salonis roomy, plenty of reading materials, friendly staff and great location to one stop shop on the island for your needs. The owners are very nice, and will be huge help to you during a wedding if you need some products or a professional to come to the house and get your prepared for your big day. The shop is very clean, and there is plenty of parking.
