So I just left with my first and last impression of this specific Bal Harbor branch. I am a current Citibank client and I refuse to go back based on the customer service I received today. I went for a casual deposit/withdrawal, and the teller did not say hello, she did not even smile at me for that. While she was too busy greeting her friends that were being taken care of by the teller next to her, she did not even notice that the check was not signed. It was my mistake, but she gave me a «dumb» look and just stared at me and pointed at the blank lines. It was at that moment that I realized Mrs. Anabella Soto must have not come from a professional or customer service background. She did not say a word during my transaction, and I awkwardly stood there while she typed on the computer and used the machine to count the money. Its times like these where I prefer not to do business with branches that hire unskilled, unprofessional people. Ugh! Never again!
