So far so good. Debbie has been amazing helping my Mom pick out flooring for her home. This week the owner was away and she still accommodated doing a measurement in home, and was there to answer questions as we went back and forth with the sample she allowed us to take home. She also didn’t push her into any products or pry, though she was there to help answer any questions with my Mom’s best interest in mind.
She was so busy with other clients coming in, answering calls, and yet so accommodating. So far so good. The carpet has already been ordered and they will be holding it until the interior paint is complete. I also noticed Debbie was careful and making calls to get exact pricing information on products my Mom and other clients were interested in. Any questions we had as well about quality as we shopped around, Debbie had the same answers as other experts we asked which made us feel confident that she knew her stuff. She also shared her design expertise in helping with paint color ideas. Will update as soon as job is complete and will let you know how the installation goes!

Very poor customer service, when I went in to find carpet to price match which is what they do, I found a really nice carpet for 1.52 square ft, I took the sample of carpet, matched my paint and counter tops, then they called and said, Opppss I mis marked the carpet, its really double the price, I went in there and they refused to stand behind their mistake which is what the sticker price on the carpet was. I liked Zip very friendly guy, I had my time of install picked out and I just wanted to move forward, so I picked another carpet, while she was inputting everything into the system, I walked my happy little booty over to Home Depot and guess what… they had comparable carpet for $ 600.00 cheaper, so I took the written quote to the girl that was running this location and she called her boss and they scrambled trying to get out of it. I went in a week later after I had paid and to make sure the carpet time was still ok, the owner was there at that time and wouldnt even look at me… I WOULD NOT recommend this place to anyone… I just hope they are installing the carpet that I paid for and not a cheaper version or you can bet I will be back down there again!!!
