Very unsatisfied it took four mattresses before they got me one that their warehouse didn’t destroy. Now I’ve been trying to get them to return money for the last 8 months. I am about ready to sue for my $ 260

I went shopping for a bed, and wound up here. I had been shopping all day and seen several that I liked. I was tired, the salesman was very persuasive, & I said okay I’ll take it. They had a comfort guarantee so I figured no matter what I’ll be ok. I slept on it for a week and wasn’t really thrilled, called the store and I had a conversation. By the time I was finished, with the restocking charge and all of the gobbledygook the salesman was yakking about it just seemed it was too much trouble. Of course I should have gone ahead paid the restocking fee and tried to find a mattress that I liked, but I didn’t, and now every night I hate going to bed. I’ll probably just wait a few months and buy another, stick this one in the guest room, throw the one in the guest room away, and pay twice what I should have. I must admit, after the whole experience was said and done I will not be shopping at Mattress Firm ever again.

Sales end went well compared to other stores we shopped at. Donna, the sales associate was more interested in our comfort than how big of a sale she could make, unlike other stores. She took the time to explain comfort levels, mechanics of the mattresses, offered testing suggestions and hints regardless of the cost of the mattress being tested. Not one bit pushy and extremely patient. Great experience.
Wolud have given five stars, but did have issues with the delivery process. Was scheduled for next day delivery but that didn’t transpire for yet unknown reasons. However, after talking to a District Manager, E. Nelson who guaranteed delivery for the next evening backing that up with a personal cell phone number if there was any problems, the mattress arrived on time the following day. I guess you could say, they do care about their customers, which now a days most companies don’t.

The employees are very helpful and attentive, but also know when to leave you alone to discuss purchasing with whoever is with you.
My fiancé and I did end up purchasing an ultra plus king set from this company, and we have been very happy with the purchase. The deliver was same day, so we were able to sleep on our new bed the same night as we purchased it!
