R & S Mattress

Heard of r and s mattress from a relative, they had told me they did their fair share of mattress shopping and this was the place to go. When it came time for a new mattress we looked at many stores for options, we chose r and s mattress. They have a quality selection with a range of prices. We talked with Scott, a very knowledge and funny guy. He explains all there is to know about the mattress we were trying out. We ended up purchasing the Manhattan in a king which he gave us a very fair price on. We couldn’t be happier. Delivery was quick and smooth. Would most definitely recommend. One store down and we didn’t know mattress shopping was going to be so difficult. Next was a visit with Scott at R&S Mattress who actually made it fun, he is great! We have one mattress way too firm that causes soar pressure points and one way too soft that hurts husband’s lower back. Visiting R&S, funny to say was very therapeutic. He kind of spoiled us and gave us the spa treatment. We liked the customer service and the knowledge given too us that we actually understood. We learned so much. Absolutely no pressure to buy. Wasn’t rushed. Even is willing to extend the sale realizing we have a big choice and research online to make sure we get the best buy and a quality mattress with a good warranty and customer service. He shared with us as well the way to care for the mattress for the best benefits, and warranty guarantee. He also didn’t say anything negative about competition even though he knew we were shopping around which was very professional.
I definitely recommend R & S. I think it really is about gaining knowledge of the products and deciding what mattress is going to work for you, and of course understand warrant policy and check the BBB for manufacturing and store reviews, ratings and complaints. We did end up going with R &S. It is a big investment. I hope we made a good choice. Will keep you posted.
I thought it was important to post a review as many mattress stores have minimal reviews or from Unilocalers with only a one to three reviews and no photo or friends. We are having our mattress delivered today. We chose this location due to BBB ratings, customer service, finding a good fit for our family, and they only charge $ 30 for delivery. The only thing is they do not refund money if you do not like the mattress, but will allow you to exchange it.
Oh almost forgot as far as the mattress goes we bought the Brooklyn in a medium for softness. It is suppose to have some cool gel technology but we were sleeping warmer than normal. I do sleep very warm though. I found out it was the mattress pad that we bought for it. Though it prevents mattress from moisture it actually causes you to be hot and sweaty. We went back to our old mattress pad and it was fine. It barely had any smell when unwrapped. It was gone by the time I put sheets on it right before bed. Still no smell.
Its been a few weeks and we are still happy with our purchase. Looking forward to zonking out at night. So relaxing and comfy.

I called every mattress store in Surprise, but this was the first one on my list. The gentleman said, if you find it cheaper I will beat it by 5%. So I let my fingers do the walking and called the other stores. There was nothing to beat. They quoted the best prices. I would recommend this place to anyone needing anything that has to do with beds!
