At this moment I am not at all happy with Native Sun Home Accents. They told me 6 – 8 weeks for my door. Not one call or email from them. It was 8 weeks, and I called and was told — maybe they would have it done by the end of this week. Here it is, and no one has called, and all I get is a busy signal when I call. What business, in this day and age has only one phone line? Did they go out of business? Has me worried about my deposit.

I would like to share my wonderful experience with Native Sun. I filled out the online request and was immediately contacted. Other companies I did the same for never called me back. My call from Helen in the office was knowledgeable and friendly. My salesman was very experienced, knowledgeable, and patient. I was able to get a next day in home consultation. I never felt any pressure or up-selling. He listened to what I wanted and then offered different perspectives on what would work best. Production was a bit behind the initial install date and I received a very courteous call from Helen keeping me updated which I greatly appreciated. My installer arrived exactly on time. He was professional, efficient, knowledgeable, polite, and neat. I have been so impressed with my entire experience that I had to call Helen and brag on the entire team. I highly recommend Native Sun.

Where to start about my experience with Native Sun? This place is a treasure and well worth the two hour drive round trip to get what is needed by quality service. To start the customer service was superb. Helen was extremely patient helping us find the correct door handle needed. Dale was truly skilled in his knowledge and work. Both very pleasant, reliable, affordable and screams quality. If you have any needs that they could cover, I’d suggest making the trip.
