Home of the perfectly cooked egg. Their breakfast sandwiches are really good the eggs are always cooked to perfection which is hard to find. Pretty nice selection inside the store for any odds and ends you might need. I’ve had some of their side salads they’re pretty good. The coffee is nothing to write home about but that goes for just about every deli in this town it’s not bad though. The staff is extremely nice and helpful and they have some pretty late hours for a small deli on the outskirts of town. My only complaint is the bread that they use which is Anthony and Sons I believe which is OK but Rockland bakery by far has the best bread products no holds barred. One of their breakfast sandwiches on a round roll from Rockland bakery would be amazing and put them right up there with place by the tracks as far as breakfast sandwiches go. Overall pretty good place, could use a bit of tweaking but they get four stars from me.

On a mini family vacation at Crystal Springs resort and wanted to eat at local places. We had breakfast at the Flying Monkey. It wasn’t exactly wait we thought, more a takeout place than eat in, but we weren’t disappointed! It was a one man show when we got there, seemed like the owner, and he was pleasant and service oriented. Sandwiches, omelettes and home fries were great… Happy to find this place.
