After a 9 hour marathon road trip, I had a massive water leak and my heater stopped working. Not good in this part of the world in winter.
Anyways, I wandered up to the shop (just 200 feet from my hotel) and showed the gentleman my problem — he pulled out a pump, did a quick diagnostic, and we saw water squirting anywhere. I was expecting to be stuck, but he said «let me call my driver and I’ll have a replacement up here in two hours from Sacramento».
He was as good as his word — back on the road by 1:30, with no price gouging, excellent service, and good company. I’d recommend anyone in Sutter Creek to go to Brown’s.
