Deceptive advertising. The apartment is advertised at $ 650 when in reality it’s $ 691 with $ 41 as a utility allowance. If that utility allowance goes away the rent will be $ 691. Also, the manager does not return phone calls, respond to emails. And, the apartment is being advertised as available when the reality is they have a waitlist.
