Applebee’s

The worse service we have ever had. First to get our drink order took 15mins or so until the hostess took our order. It took another 15 – 20 mins for the waitress to take our order. She apologized so we gave it a try. So after our order was taken it took almost 40mins for the food. The waitress never came by to ask if we were ok knowing that our order was taking long. Finally, a guy came by with our daughters and was very sarcastic and said here are 2 plates and as you can see I only have 2 hands so I have to come back with the rest. We thought he was coming right back and we never saw him again. But his point my husband and I were already so irritated that we were just ready to go. The waitress stops by and says «oh you guys never got your appetizer !» I told her to cancel the rest of the order and just charge us for our daughters meals. She apologized and then a guy that looked like a manager came with the check and told us he had voided our meals and just charged us for the 2 kids meals. He apologized but it was so fake. If he was the manager, what a poor job. We are not picky people and we are very understanding but this was just the worse experience we’ve ever had. Will not be going there again!!!

Most incompetent waiter ever! His name is William. He served me hot water in a plastic cup which scalded me. He made 5 trips to the kitchen to get butter, sour cream, and my blue cheese dressing which I asked for on the side. My husband’s fries were cold and he didn’t know what chardanay was! They only had one baked potato. I can’t make this up!

Horrible service, wait staff was barely present the whole time we ate, food took almost an hour to get to us, main dishes were covered in way too much sauce, which made the macaroni sweet, and when we went to complain they did nothing about it, charged double for drinks without telling us they were non refillable, would not come back again.

The restaurant was very dirty. None of the tables had been bussed the entire time we were there. There was trash all over the floors and on the window sills and the staff was unattentive. Manager was walking around but not attending to customers. After 15 minutes of waiting for «William» to show up to take our drink orders we finally asked a server who was walking by who took great care of us. Food was ok but not worth the price. Will not be going back.

Horrible experience. Bad service, they brought our appetizer after the entrees arrived, never came by to refill our drinks. One of the worse dining experiences I have ever had. Avoid and go next door to Outback instead. or eat at

Service here is the worst of any Applebee’s. The server is brain dead. next time mall of Georgia applebees. This place is so slow. Even my beer was warm by the time it took to get here. Order app sampler came out 1 at a time not as a trio

As a business traveler, i should know better than ordering off a PICTURE! Not even close! Chains don’t have to be lame unless they advertise what they can’t deliver. Sad when you can’t deliver on a flippin salad.

The food was fast and as advertised… the drinks were great.

The food was okay, but I wanted to say what a wonderful job the manager on duty did handling a complaining customer. She was polite and friendly even through the customer was complaining about something out if her control. There is hope for good customer service after all.

Had a good meal this evening. The salad was great as well as the chicken fingers. No complaints. Ashley was our server and was very attentive. Good overall experience

I’m not really sure why Applebee’s even offers «curbside service». I ordered online, I paid online, I tipped online, and I showed up at the time my food was supposed to be ready. We sit in the parking lot for an additional 25 minutes. Meanwhile, several employees, including the manager, were having a reunion with some old golfing buddies. No one even acknowledges we are there. I finally break up the party, by requesting a status on my food. It takes another 10 minutes for them to come back out to tell me that «they are putting my order together». We get home with the food, the warm dessert was cold, the steaks were overcooked and everything was just bland. Never again will I give them another dollar of my money.

Went there with a friend there a few days ago– We split a 2-​for-​25, the steak and macaroni. While the food tasted amazing, we both ended up spending the majority of the weekend suffering from food poisoning. Needless to say, I won’t be returning for a long while.

Every time I’ve been here they’ve always gladly let me substitute fries in place of soup except tonight. Apparently «the manager» won’t let them do that.
Sorry, you have in the past and the one in Buford will still do it gladly. I have no ties other than mild convenience for this location. What urge do I have to continue giving you my business now?

Chicken fingers are a staple for me here or any Applebee’s for that matter. The only thing that seems to change with them is the honey mustard. However, I have eaten a little of everything off the menu.
The shrimp and spinach salad, for one, is a very good option. I have had the Weight Watcher selections at times as well, including the tilapia, which is very good.
I have eaten at this location several times over the years, even regularly at times.
They have remodeled which has made the place a little nicer and the bar area a little more open.
The staff is generally friendly and efficient.

I’m now a regular at applebees to the point that the bartenders know me. I like the fact that the bartenders made the effort to get to know me.
As far as the food goes the have improved ! This is mostly in part to the new menu items like the pub pretzels.
My past review stated «It is the most average dining experience possibly imagined» well it still is but they are pushing their boundaries and the extra star is in recognition of the effort.

Have eaten here a few times, and generally a good experience. However, for the first time we ordered the «2 for $ 20» meal deal. I’m not sure if the following is SOP, but we were served the appetizer and entrée far too close together. We had hardly begun eating the appetizer before the entrée was served.
Obviously frustrated, the server volunteered to take the entrees back and keep them warm until we finished the appetizer. Within five minutes he returned with our food, even stating the inconvenience of it. The two-​seat table was much too small to accommodate all of the food, and I had to eat my entrée with the plate sitting to the side.
To be fair, I would probably give them four stars for past visits, as the service is good, and the atmosphere comfortable. We have also had great, friendly servers in the past. Would still definitely patronize them again.
