Dunkin’ Donuts

It’s sad to read such unfair statements by the other commenters on this business. I’ve been fortunate to be coming to this particular Dunkin Donuts for several months now and have not had a better experience at any other similar outlet around the north metro area. Each of the many employees have expressed a sincere desire to serve and make me feel welcome. I am able to stay longer and use the free Wifi hassle-​free. Habib is one who stands out as exemplary in speaking with me and filling my order. I like how conscientious they all are regarding cleanliness and a well maintained restaurant.

Pretty small Dunkin Donuts. However, there are a decent amount of tables to study at and outlets. There was a huge leak from the ceiling in the woman’s restroom and there was a weird smell coming from their kitchen area. I recommend you just go through the drive-​thru. I usually order an iced coffee or an iced caramel macchiato. The presentation may not be on point, but the taste usually is.

This is a smaller Dunkin Donuts so it’s not great for hanging out, but the staff was friendly and quick, and my order was done well. I sat inside at a table to eat my breakfast sandwich, and an employee even asked if I’d like a refill of my iced coffee — something I’ve never been asked in any shop, Dunkin Donuts or otherwise! Drive thru seemed to flow quickly. Overall, a solid choice for a take-​out or drive-​thru DD.

This place is awful in just about any way you can imagine. I go out of my way to go to a different location at this point. I have had horrible experiences every time I have gone. It is gross and there are flies everywhere. The employees are rude. On several occasions when going with my boyfriend, after he ordered they just walked away and ignored me. On one occasion, another customer came up behind me and the employee looked me in the face and asked me to move out of the way. Every experience I have had has been awkward and unpleasant.

Wish I could give them zero stars. I came here from time to time, thinking that it would be better each time I went. Every single time I left, I left annoyed and pissed. The food came out burnt one time (the bread), but fine, that’s not even what made me want to leave this review.
Every single time I come here, I am given RUDE service. I ordered two breakfast sandwiches today with two donuts and got the combo where it comes with the medium coffees. The man gave me my coffee and donuts, and I only received ONE sandwich. So, of course I asked for the second one. The guy ignored me and went off to another customer. So I waited by the pickup area, and talked to three different ladies making the sandwiches. I told all of them, and they said, «you ordered two?» And then they walked away to thin air to do who knows what! They sure weren’t helping me. So I just wasted all my time out of my busy morning waiting and wondering if anyone was going to help me. One of the ladies rolled her eyes at me. What the heck did I do, except order two damn sandwiches to deserve that eye rolling? THAT is the reason why I decided to leave this review.
Crap service every single time I come here, and nothing but rudeness coming out of them. There were about 6 people working, and two of them were «nice» to me. But the rest, no. The two workers wee indifferent with me, but I rather have that than rude service the others gave me.
Never will I be going here again. Lesson learned.
– I just took a bite of their donuts, and HOW do you mess up on a glaze donut? Super stale. They must have given me one that’s like two weeks old or something.

Let me be clear — I’m a HUGE DD fan, and prefer Dunkin’s ice coffee’s over anyone else’s offerings.
That being said, I gave this location three tries before calling it quits and writing a bad review. Every single trip has featured the same problems. Employees that aren’t listening to the customer, resulting in incorrect drinks. Three different employees each visit, three different drinks, same result.
Sad. Store is clean, staff is friendly. Typical DD store. However. I will not be returning until they get some more attentive staff in there that listen to the customers when they order.

Clean, fast and super nice employees! A bit difficult to park and get through the drive thru.
