Luxe Nails and Spa

This salon has gone down hill in the last year. I’ve frequented here once a month and the service is seriously lacking. They bumped up my requested «deluxe» pedicure to a «special» deluxe pedicure without asking and charged me $ 5 more to make it $ 40. When I questioned it, he just looked at me. Helloooo??? They are seriously in need of new chairs. They do not work right and are uncomfortable. The pedestals that you put your feet on rock back and forth which is very annoying. I have been to this salon at least 30 times and was pleased for the first 25. Most of the women that do the nails are great and very nice but the owners could care less of a long time customer’s complaints. I’m now looking for a new place and won’t be back here.

I went in this morning for the first time and kathy attended to me… kathy is very sweet and did an awesome job with my pedicure… she made me fall in love with my feet …

My senior mother gets her pedi done here every two weeks. The ladies are always lovely to careful with her age and her aches and pains. The price is maybe a little on the high side, but it’s worth it to me for the peace of mind. I get my pedi done with her, the do a wonderful job of cleaning and you never feel like all you go was a rub and a paint job. Would recommend this salon to anyone.

I am really upset and maybe part of it is my fault, because I didn’t ask before I had them paint my daughters toes and nails, but got sticker shock. It was $ 25! Are you kidding me?! It’s not like she had her cuticles done or anything and she’s 5! They actually did a decent job on my manicure, but the polish is a little streaky. But, I won’t ever take my daughter there again. I can’t believe they charge that much for simply painting her nails! Ridiculous!
